Electric RV cable

Replaced our 50 amp cable that was much too heavy. Works great!

The 50amp end is WAY too tight on a Marinco 50 amp 'Easy Lock' (white, stainless steel trim).

Given the positive reviews (I had hopes), we may have received one that was out of tolerance (QA?). It is an understatement that the 50amp end is too tight (as some report). It certainly was not easy to twist-lock it on to a Marinco 6353EL-B 50 amp 'Easy Lock' inlet. The threaded ring works fine... But, the worst, was that it was then literally IMPOSSIBLE to remove... not sure who to blame... Marinco, or Conntec?! Which could I salvage? Break the inlet to remove the cable, or break the cable to salvage the inlet? Various vise grips, wrenches, screw drivers, and a large vise were of no use. The two are permanently fused together!! Broke the inlet and wrecked the rubber gasket and flange of the cable. So... cut off the end of the cable with the two fused together, will send it to somebody (???). Amazon, Conntec, Marinco??? How do I get a refund for both of these (incompatible) items? Any ideas?

It's a nice cord you can plug into a 30 amp to your 50 amp on your trailer works great

It worth it nice light weight plugs in to your generator for power to your trailer

Nice to be able to plug my 50 amp camper direct into 30 amp generator with RV plug or at a campsite with only 30 amp service and not have to use an adapter. Yes the adapters work but this is one less connection and don't have to worry about rain.

Great addition to my 5th wheel.

Most campgrounds only have 30 amp so it's stupid to me to have an adaptor and lug that fat heavy cord when you can just use this lighter cord plus its longer then my 25 ft stock cord. I also have 30 amps at home and keep mine plugged in all year long so this cord is much better than having the adaptor at home too. My last one shorted out over time due to water getting in at the adaptor/cord plugin.

My trailer has the 50 amp service only for future capability of adding a second air conditioner. There was no reason to wrestle with the heavy 6 gauge cord until that time. This makes life so much easier.

Great cord end plugged into RV just fine beats dragging out a 50 amp cord if you don't require it for use.
