Looks okay but cheaply made

For expensive as it is, this item is kind of cheaply made. The ribbon is not attached (it comes with a safety pin to secure it) and one of the loops that is supposed to hold it on fell off immediately when I tried to feed the ribbon through it. The lace material was more like meshing (almost tulle like) that snags pretty easily. If you're not closely examining it, it looks okay.
