Step stool safety

Could have used rubber pads on the feet, it can be a little slippery on wooden floors.

Sturdy!

I use this all the time in my closet to reach top shelves. It is sturdy and I feel safe standing on it.

Great closet ladder

I purchased to keep in my walk in craft closet so that I can reach the top shelves. Perfect! Does not take up much room and easy to fold and move.

Slippery

This step ladder is dangerous. The stoppers an the legs are hard plastic, therefore, it slides across the floor. Very dangerous. Easily slides out from under you. Needs to have rubber stoppers on the legs

I can’t open or close it!

This step stool is super hard to open and close. Once open it “locks” in place and once in I can’t get it out I’ve hurt my hand every time because I have to yank it so hard.

Inferior to other COSCO stepstools

I have a smaller COSCO all-steel stepstool. I wanted a duplicate, as it is so small yet so sturdy - perfect for many uses. This one has plastic feet that slide, a cheap plastic step, and is larger in every dimension - reducing its usefulness in every aspect. It's even less attractive, oddly enough... I never thought I had an opinion on that, until I saw an unattractive stepdtool. The step is hard to close & open, and is a plastic step snapping onto the metal tube support. This will get easier with time, but that means it is wearing away! The all steel stepstool has a nice latch. I've owned the previous stool for years and its still in perfect shape - I can tell this one is disposable. I'm extremely disappointed.

Great stool!

Not too tall but not too short, perfect for reaching ceiling fans or tops of cabinets. Very sturdy and folds up for storing.
