Great product and great service

I bought this ice bucket in August. It a beautiful product, excellent craftmanship in stainless steel. It arrived in a couple of days but was damaged in shipping. The company shipped a replacement which was received in a couple of days. Crafthouse/Fortessa is a purveyor of very high quality products and I highly recommend them for their quality and outstanding service.

Very classy ice bucket

I would like to give this a five star rating but due to the fact that I had to return the first one and I still never received my ice scoop I just can't do it. I ordered this because it was such a beautiful piece, I love the shape, I loved the slotted Ice scoop and the drain. When I originally received it I was incredibly disappointed. The cover was dented and the side of the bucket where the handle sits was also dented. The ice scoop was not there either. I requested a replacement and it was shipped to me immediately. The second item was not dented, however one of the screws that hold the handle on the outside and the hook on the inside had come off, the second one was loose and half of the handle and scoop were swinging freely. This caused some minor scratches on the cover, but not enough for me to send this back as I wanted to use it for Christmas. I was able to put the screws in and tighten them up and it was fine. Also the screws that hold the handle to the bucket were loose which I was also able to tighten up. However still no ice scoop. This is extremely disappointing. I did however use it for my large Christmas party and I have to say that it holds a lot and really kept the ice well. I left the ice in the bucket even after the party just to see how long it lasted and it lasted at least 36 hours out on my front porch where it was cool but not cold. The bucket is truly beautiful and I really like it, however not receiving the ice scoop still has me really bummed out. And their quality control is really bad.

Just as Classy in Person

Have wanted this forever and got it for Christmas. Just couldn't stomach the prices on my own. Haven't used it yet, but very pleased with the quality and the style. Very Classy.

Perfect Ice Bucket

Before buying, I looked at the reviews. They were good. They were correct. This is a gorgeous piece, does not condense, and keeps ice for hours. I like the style, finish and function. Hand wash, but who cares? Gorgeous, and well made. Get one!

Great quality and beautiful piece.

This ice bucket is a beautiful piece to add to our bar. Great quality. It seats two upright bottles of wine perfectly, and provides the perfect amount of ice for our drinks.

Best ice Bucket

This bucket has a tray in the bottom which keeps the ice out of the melted water. It keeps ice longer than any thing I have used. MOST INPORTANT it is oblong which allows the ice scoop to receive a full scoop.
