It’s hard for me to write this, I am a dental phobic and have not had my teeth attended to in many years. I’m a smoker and drink lots of tea. I have badly stained yellow teeth. In my first week of using this toothpaste I’m seeing improvement. I don’t think I will have pearly whites but I am seeing a reduction in the yellow. I’m going to continue using. It has a fresh taste and and it is black and white striped. No black spit as with other black toothpaste. Keep your fingers crossed for me!
