Good looking shoe , wrong size

Ordered size 12, got a size 12 box with s size 11 shoe in the box.... Good shoe overall but can't wear this boot as it's very close

Stylish and Comfortable

I like the suede look, it gives it a bit uncommon look vs smooth leather. No suede odor, quality made well. Fits true to size. I got the 9.5 size, I wear a 9.5 in dress shoes and 10 in tennis shoes. The memory foam insoles make it comfortable on the feet. Great price too!
