Make your tow vehicle and trailer more secure by keeping them locked up tight with a CURT hitch lock and coupler lock. Like a hitch pin and clip, a hitch lock is designed to insert into the fastener hole in the side of a receiver tube in order to hold a ball mount or hitch-mounted accessory in place. While a CURT hitch pin does offer sufficient strength for keeping your ball mount firmly attached, a CURT hitch lock goes one step further. CURT hitch locks allow you to lock your ball mount into your trailer hitch, deterring theft and preventing anyone from detaching your trailer at the ball mount and towing away your property without your permission. The CURT hitch lock in this combo pack features a barbell design and comes with a 5/8" pin diameter to fit a 2" receiver tube opening. Likewise, CURT coupler locks are designed to add security to your trailer and towing equipment. Instead of merely retaining the coupler latch mechanism, they lock it into place and act as a theft deterrent for your trailer while it is coupled to your vehicle. CURT coupler locks are key-operated and come in several different styles. This coupler lock features a barbell design to keep the pin well protected from tampering. It comes with a chrome finish and offers a pin span of 2-1/2". All CURT coupler locks are made to fit latch-type couplers and include two keys. For the ultimate in towing security, a hitch lock and coupler lock used together will provide security at both the vehicle side and trailer side of your towing setup. For your boat, ATV or camper, keep your toys more secure with CURT locks.

Trailer lock set
This is a great purchase, have one key for the two locks is great. They seem to be well made.

Too short for Tacoma factory hitch
Not my favorite. The no go problem is that the receiver lock is too short to fit on my Tacoma. The information in the product listing only provides overall length, not usable length, so I couldn't *know* it would fit prior to purchasing. The coupler lock was *exactly* the right length for the bulldog coupler on my 7000# auto hauler. Unfortunately, the lock and barbell are a smidge to short to engage on my Toyota OEM 2" receiver. Even if it fit my truck, I would still look for a different set. The locks I currently use (from different manufacturers) are spring loaded, so I only use the key to unlock - I snap the lock onto the shaft, pull to test it, and off we go. On these Curt barbell type locks without the spring latch. you have to both hold the lock shaft in place and keep the lock from spinning while turning the key to engage the lock. My test fitting with these Curt locks made me realize the value of the spring latch.| The retainer for the rubber cover came off when I pulled the cover off. I can see that being very annoying if I actually used these. Not a terrible product in my limited experience, not one I would recommend.

Love CURT trailer parts
I have been using CURT trailer parts for years now! i normally get the barbed tongue lock but it has gotten bent the last 2 times then hangs up. So this time i went with the heavier duty solid shaft. It has everything i wanted but sadly the lock on the 3rd connect stuck. I played with the lock and got the key out, tested pulling on the lock 2 or 3 times. then drive for 1 hr to my customer and when i got to the back of the truck the lock and shaft were gone. I am probably a fluke but be weary of the lock. that has always been my worry the rubber covers always wear out first then the locks gum up shortly after

I am so pleased with these locks.
At first, I didn't think it would fit the pin side of my camper. It looked too big, but it slipped in without trouble. I do agree with others about it being difficult to lock and unlock, because the locking mechanism spins with the rod, but with a little practice-it will be second nature. The sturdiness and slim features combined will hopefully help keep it safe from thieves. There's very little space on the outside for a hammer or clamp to wrench off. I am glad I bought this locking system. Great value for the money, too!

Seems Pretty Good
So far so good. Items arrived on time, in new condition. The smaller pin is way longer than necessary, the larger one works fine & is long enough for a Class I or Class II hitch (1-1/4" square receiver opening). Turn the key clockwise to unlock, which seems counter-intuitive to me. I like the convenience of the locks being keyed-alike. Im satisfied with this purchase.

Purchased product because it claimed origin of product USA but is actually made in China
Would not recommend. Should have known as soon as I received product the plating on the locks looked very cheap. Typical China grade. Won't be buying Curt products again. Junk.

Garbage!
Buyer beware. These locks are junk. Lock will not work after 2 months. Cheap crap!

Requires modification to fit 2010 Tundra Hitch, but nicely made.
Was a little too skinny for my 2010 Tundra on the hitch side. I ground it down and made it work. Nicely made, good quality, good value. They provide a bunch of keys too, which is nice.

Not built for Canadian Winters
Not built to handle Canadian Winters. Road salt killed this lock in only 4 months of use. My old Master brand hitch lock made it 4+ winters and still worked good (it also rusted up and looked bad, but never left me locked out like this one did). “Durable Chrome-plated finish” is not an accurate description.
