They work like they should.

Not your typical cheap kitchen basket strainer that you would buy at the big box store. Quality product made to last, would definitely buy again.

Simple design and made of quality materials

This is a simple to install basket strainer made of stainless steel with brass nuts, so theoretically shouldn't rust over the years. The drain stopper snaps into place no matter how it is oriented and doesn't leak, even with the sink completely full. INSTALLATION NOTE: Be sure to use the white friction disk that is included and goes underneath the black rubber gasket. This will keep the basket strainer from spinning (which can tear the plumber's putty and cause leaks) when you tighten the retaining nut. It looks inconsequential, but is essential! Also, depending on the diameter of your drain tailpiece, you may need to pick up a different size washer at the hardware store.

These really are the best basket strainers you can buy. Even includes the tail piece washer.

Very nicely made item that should last forever.

Very nicely made item that should last forever. Much nicer than the plastic junk at the big box stores sell. The wife is happy with the strainer and that you can push it down in to the basket and it acts like a stopper to keep the water in the sink.

Amazing Quality, will last a very long time.

Now this is what I was looking for, a quality item, hefty that will last for a long time. I bought this through recommendation from Steven Lavimoniere one of the best plumbers on YouTube. He uses these whenever changing a basket strainer for a customer and I figured I’d give it a buy since my grandmothers basket strainers are so old and rusty. Great buy will be changing my own next.
