it's great but,

the paint was old, chunky, and smelly, but if you just mix it before you use it and ignore the smell its fine, i suggest painting the small parts first that have arrows along with their number pointimg to them so you dont accidentally paint over the arrow like the instructions say, it doesnt have a blank guide in the box like most paint by numbers have but you can still complete it without it. once you get over those small inconveniences, overall it's good ????

Quick & Easy

I got this painting today. I finished it in about three hours. Super easy and cute. However the thing I don’t like about it is the paint is very opaque and you can see the numbers through the paint. No matter how many times you paint over it you can still see the numbers.

So frustrating I almost discarded

First, now that I finished this painting I plan to frame as a gift for my granddaughter but frustration with painting it almost had me discarding it!! The number to designate some of the smaller areas were so small I needed to get a magnifying glass. Then there were arrows pointing from some larger areas to the smaller areas....had to be careful not paint over them without noting the color to be used. And the mixing... what a pain!! Why not just include the few other colors??? Mixing isn’t exact and hard to predict amount of paint needed so if having to mix a second portion they didn’t always appear exactly same color. And worst of all the lighter paints didn’t cover numbers and required multiple coats. I suggest better paint, all colors of paints included, and a separate slightly larger outline included for reference with the numbers clearly printed in the spaces.

Awesome but too big for most frames

I love this brand of paint by numbers. Yes the paint is see through but it's ok because they have parts where the painting has lines that point to the small spaces and it's hard to paint because if you couldn't see through it. There is a lot of paint to work with you won't run out. The painting is intermediate and there is mixing of colors but that makes it fun. All the spaces are labeled I've had others with blank spots that doesn't happen here. The paint brush is small so it's perfect for small spaces just the right size. My only complaint is its 9×12 which is hard to find a frame for, I've only found 8.5×11 and 10×13. Would recommend highly ''''' I posted this on deviantart.

I loved the puppies

I loved the puppies, being an animal lover....but i do have a complaint which i hate to do....but perhaps if i make my complaint heard, something will be done to prevent anyone from having the same exact complaint..... The paint was either old, or exposed to some climate that affected it in a very negative way... It was very chunky, so much so, that even stirring it did not help....i was really disappointed... To finish the painting, i was forced to use extra paint i've accumulated from the many other paintings i've done. I really hate to write a negative review but hopefully it will be corrected because of it. Thanx, Debbie

Okay starter set, thick cardboard canvas, brush is so so, paint needs to be stirred well and thinned at times.

Nice starter set I guess. Its thick cardboard, with plastic vials of paint that aren't so great, the brush is so so. But the price is lower than some of the others. Not the cheapest set I've seen with the really bad brushes and thin broad, the paint could be better so take your time to make sure to stir them well or thin them, but if you take your time youll end up with a cute picture of a kitten hanging from a limb that you hope isnt too high. Its a nice restful hobby that I try not to take too serious. Bottom line is that it is a paint by numbers set, youre only going to get out of it what up put in to it.

Love this one and I have done many this year much, much more difficult.

I bought many of these to do and give as Christmas gifts. I thought it would be a very appropriate gift this year, especially due to the fact that so many of us spent the year " hanging in there" from Civid 19.

Have to mix your own colours

I liked everything about this except the fact that you have to mix your own colours. I bought these for my younger son and he finds it difficult to mix the colours.

Fun and affordable

I really enjoyed completing this beautiful paint by number picture. Having to mix the paints was the only thing I would have changed but its not that big of a deal. Would highly recommend getting this item! It turned out beautiful and took me a long time to complete so you definitely get your moneys worth!

Might be a bit difficult for her (she just turned 7) but she is doing a great job with it. Quality is great
