Size is bigger for 6 years girl

I have received a damaged piece in the first attempt. On replacement order the size not fits for my 6 years daughter and is bigger. Again i dont want to go to UPS store all the way.

Disney ear muffs

Missing the third round piece. Also the knitted material near both ear muff, had a hole. Needed to sew to avoid the knitting to keep from running ... not good quality
