Small is right

I got this for a tiny kitten. It is absolutely beautiful and super soft. It scared the s*** out of her. Maybe it was too confining. Anyway, she’d rather sprawl out on the dog’s new bed and make the dog sleep on the floor, or sometimes I tell the dog to just lie on the kitten. Kitten doesn’t care. Too bad we couldn’t use it. When the description stated xtra small, that was it. Doing it again, I’d probably order a medium. However, why order one when the kitten is perfectly happy with the dog’s?

Cujo is Very Happy

Wow, my Chihuahua loves this bed. It's incredibly soft and cuddly, allowing him to snuggle against the sides and stay nice and warm. We carry him around in it and place him next to us at our computers, in the family room, and inside his crate in the car. He's 5 pounds, four or five ounces and it fits him perfectly. I was afraid it would be too small, but he curls up inside of it and falls right to sleep. I love that it fits nicely on a seat or on top of an ottoman (the ottoman top has sides on the top so it doesn't tip over) because he likes to stay next to me. Cujo will cry to be placed inside when I'm at my computer. So handy I have somewhere safe to put him where he'll be happy. Added bonus: because it's so soft and fluffy, he doesn't spend five minutes digging to make himself more comfortable.

Really Cute & Comfortable, but Tips Over!

What I didn't realize, was that this isn't stable. When my puppy climbs in it, it tips over and he really has a hard time getting in it. Once he's in there, it stays put but climibing in & out of it is a challenge for him which is why he probably doesn't use it as much. I have seen him use it, but not as much as he would if it was a bit heavier or had a flatter bottom surface. If I'd know this, I would not have purchased this item for him. It's really cozy though once he's stable in it.

So Soft!

It is a bit smaller than I expected but it is so soft and cuddles my cat perfectly. I several cats, the ones that are too big for this bed are determined to fit in it anyway. It is a riot of laughter to see them contort themselves to try to fit and end up hanging out on all sides. I have one little cat that it is perfect for. Don't worry - I have other beds that the larger cats love - but this is one is new so everyone must try to claim it! It is a rich purple color and has lots of soft stuffing making it pillow soft and the plush fabric is purrrrrrfect! I would buy more without hesitation. Well made and having another one just like it only larger I know it will wash well.

I"m so happy I ordered this

CUTE!!! I"m so happy I ordered this! We have 4 chihuahuas and 3 are between 9-12 pounds, but one is 4 pounds and I wanted a special place where only she would fit. (see photo) I can't see a more than 7 pound dog fitting comfortably in this bed. My 12 pound chihuahua stuffs himself in it, but his arms and legs over flow.. (see photo) I like the quality, I like that she can tuck her nose in and feel safe, it's a great little bed. They didn't have anything small like this at PetCo.
