Repair prop rod bracket in 30 seconds

This bracket is a direct replacement for the broken prop rod bracket. Takes 30 seconds to remove the old one and replace it with the new one. Priced well too.

Fit perfect on my 2006 Nissan Altima

I think my old clip got broken when I took the car in to be serviced. Did not notice that mine was broken for months. So, this one fit my 2006 Nissan Altima perfect. Easy install. Now my hood prop rod stays in place when I raise the hood.

Good replacement

Good replacement part. Easy to install (easier than removing the old one). The clip holds the rod very tight. I coated the rod with some white lithium grease so it's a little easier to pop the rod out of the clip as I don't want to crack this one.

Good value and fitment but appears to be as brittle.

Pro. Identical to OEM Con. Identical to OEM which is brittle and only last 3 to 5 years. I've already replaced this clip 4 times. I was hoping this unit fixed the design flaw.

Nice replacement

This clip is identical to the OEM clip and works for me. It was easy to replace. It look sturdy enough but will have to wait until the cold weather returns to see if it will stand up
