Wow, I'm impressed
I received my 9" X 13" pan quickly and it arrived in perfect shape. I was anxious to give it a try the following day by baking a chocolate cake. I didn't use shortening as recommended to grease the pan bottom, instead I used a light coating of butter on the bottom only of my pan before pouring the cake batter into the pan. Since this pan says it conducts heat very well, I also decided to bake my cake with the least number of minutes recommeded on the package directions. I'm sure glad I chose the lesser time because my cake was done following that time. I allowed the pan and cake to cool for about 40 minutes before I decided to remove the cake from the pan. First, I ran a silicon spatula around the edges of the pan, loosening the cake from the sides. Then I placed a sheet of parchment on the counter, inverted the pan with cake and placed it upon the paper, giving the bottom of the pan a few good taps with my hand and by golly, the cake fell right out into 1 large piece. Never has any baking pan or cake pan allowed me to do that trick. I might add afterward I placed the pan in the sink, ran warm water in it with a splash of dish soap, let it sit for about 15 minutes and washed it out with a wet, soapy paper towel. It looks like new! I'm loving this pan and excited to do more baking with Doughmakers products.

Best pans EVER!
I have been using Doughmakers since they first came on the market. The baked goods always come out nicely. I lost track of the two 9x13 pans I had....probably from "sending the rest home" a few too many times! I have given many as gifts over the years, too. One recipe of mine, CONGO SQUARES, are the BEST in this pan! I'm a widow on a fixed income now, but I HAD to have at least one again. I also gave one as a birthday gift to a grandson who loves to bake with me, and I wrote a poem about wanting to be sure he had one to remember me by! He was deeply touched!

Great pan
You have to purchase the lid separately, but if fits tightly and is very nice.

Expensive but worth it
It’s super-thick, but of course, light-weight because it’s aluminum. I’ve cooked lasagna and some casseroles in it and it’s cooked evenly and heated properly based on the recipe. Cleanup is super-easy. Worth the money if you want One Good Pan. Amazon asked me if it’s “Giftable.” Well, yeah, I suppose. But personally, I’d rather receive a homemade lasagna. Or a personal chef. Or a trust fund. Or…

Good Pans
I like the durability and textured base of the pan. But I bought two expecting they would nest. Disappointed. I would not recommend if your storage space is tight.

Nice Pan
This is great for dough items. It is easier to clean if the item you are baking does not seep into the groves. Made a lasagna with it and ended up having to soak it for a bit to get it clean. Have other pans for that so no issues. I have two of these and pretty much cook rolls, and cinnamon rolls etc. with them. NOT sorry that they are in my pantry. Would give them a 4.5 out of 5 for use and quality.

Sturdy and easy to clean
I ordered one initially after I got fed up with using the dishes made of aluminum foil. It is quite sturdy and durable.

Nice pan
I recommend this product. Sea to be well constructed. Doesn't warp. Stay away from the spray on product. The manufacturer does not recommend it. Use shortening instead. Cake comes out easily

Just received; haven't used yet
Exactly as described and pictured on the site. Just received and haven't used yet but from past experience, it will be a very good pan.

Sturdily constructed, made out of a thick gauge of metal not anything near flimsy. The pattern on the baking surface is unique though it doesn't really add anything, I don't think, to the final product nor is it supposed to (I suppose). Bottom line is it seems a step up in quality from your average baking pan and may be well worth the extra cost if you plan on using it heavily.
