Just what I was looking for
I bought this pan the other day and so far have used it 3 times. I love it!! It is heavy duty. I used two cake mixes and a cookie mix so far. I may try pizza dough tonight as well and see what happens. I was also curious if it would work for an egg bowl. Filling the cake fill to the top causes an over fill. It to look kind of cool when you flip it out of the pan, so don't worry if it rises alot. The cookies where great but hardened up a bit. I think next time I will cook them a little less time to keep them softer. I oiled the pan and had no problem getting them out. It was super simple to clean as well. I have used the large roasting/ cookie sheets from this company for years and they are a daily staple in our food prep. They make a quality product.

Love This!
Very nice Brownie Tin... I've been using it for years, never an issue with cleaning or sticking... I just use a little oil.

Almost perfect
Con: I tried brownie fudgy boxed mixes in this 20 brownie pan, but the oil called for in the recipe made these very greasy, and hard to remove from this 20 brownie pan, as opposed from these baking correctly in a conventional 8x8 pan. I did not add extra grease to the brownie wells. The oil called for in the recipe bubbled while cooking. After removing from the oven the oil created a suction holding the brownies in the wells, and I could not remove them without a very flat, flexible icing spatula. Pro: Seeing this was an issue with greasy, misshapen brownies, I decided to find a recipe to make from scratch that used butter instead of oil. I followed a recipe I found online and greased the brownie wells with butter. The brownies with butter in the mixture cooked up with just the right amount of fluffy, and fudgy texture. The little extra bit of butter in the wells helped them release from the pan perfectly while flipping it upside down. Easily cleaned using a silicone bottle brush.

Great quality w minimal brownie sticking
I used an cookie batter scoop- I should only have filled them 1/2-2/3 full and no more to make more uniform and not too puffy. After cooling a few hours I put in freezer container and froze them to have on hand for little ice cream sundaes- Fantastic pan- beautiful result- I will experiment w right amt of batter to make 20, filled correctly. chewy edges, great result from this specialty pan. fun to experiment w egg bites.

Great pan
Love this handy pan for making edibles. Easy to dose out. What I didn't like is that the top surface came with deep scratches in it.

Good heavyweight pan.
This fun pan is heavy enough to cook evenly with nice chewy edges. Nice size for individual desserts. If you use a boxed mix, one box is just the right amount.

This Pan Is Built Like A Tank!!!
I grew-up in a nice Italian family, and the boys weren't exactly welcome in the women's domain, namely, the kitchen. Consequently, I learned to cook later in life (after I divorced a case study in psychopathy). I've collected an assortment of pans through the years, as my cooking skills have grown. I've always avoided purchasing cheap stuff, because high quality tools at a fair price always pays-off in the long run. I have no complaints with any of the other quality brands I've purchased, and all have served me well. I wanted to do some experimenting with a new dish, and was in the market for a pan with a lot of small, square cups. I read the reviews for this one, and I liked what folks were saying. So I bought one. Man, was I impressed!!! This thing is built for military use!! Honestly, when I first picked this pan up, it reminded me of gear issued to an Army kitchen! A retired armaments engineer probably designed this baby!! They just don't make stuff this good anymore! I'm guessing this will be one of those items in your estate, that your pesky grandkids will be fighting over when you finally kick your air-addiction!! Made in the USA. Next time I need a pan, USA Pan will be the first manufacturer I look at!!

Great pan!
I bought this pan because I had a neighbor let me borrow hers along with her recipe for pecan tassies that she exclusively uses this pan for. It truly is a great pan. It makes the perfect sized brownie, cornbread bites and of course perfect pecan tassies which is why I had to have my own. Sturdy and well made, it’s worth every cent paid. Easy to clean, easy to use. This pan will be put to good use in my kitchen for many, many years. No complaints at all.
