Quality product, order fulfillment, not so much.

I love these brushes! As disposables, they’re as good as many non-disposables. I agree that Amazon people have trouble getting the quantity right on some of these multi pack orders, they’ve screwed up filling my orders for these in the past . Just had the exact same thing happen with my coffee order: supposed to be 6x12, got 1x12. Can’t fault the manufacturer, it’s Amazon fulfillment that’s falling short on getting the quantity right.

Good Product but Fewer than Advertised

This is a good product I've used for years. As a frequent business traveler, I find it convenient to load up with disposable toothbrushes and discard them individually as I'm preparing to leave hotels. This item was promised to be 12 packages of 6 toothbrushes each. I received only one package of 6, and contacted amazon immediately. I received an apology and a promise to replace the order at no charge, providing I return the original order. The replacement order also only had one package. I again contacted amazon, with no response this time. Although I appreciate the offer of free replacement, I still don't have what I need. I found the toothbrushes on a website catering to dentists for approximately $.07 less per toothbrush, and ordered them.
