Also called die grinder bits, rotary burrs and rotray files. These solid carbide construction permits for longer tool life and faster cutting speeds. These double-cut burrs have rows of cutting teeth cut in two intersecting directions for fast material removal and a rougher finish. Drill America DUL Series Carbide Burrs come in a wide range of shapes and sizes. Shapes include ball, cone, flame, tree and cylindrical. Sizes range from 1/16" to 1" in diameter with round shanks.

Sharp and durable.

This is a great burr, sharp, durable and very tough. I real use my tools, I have a professional metal business, so literally this is used extensively on a daily basis. Even when it has been abused, bot on purpose I might add, but an accidental hangup or rough cut that would bend the shank of other burrs on the market these ones still run true and do not deform. Basically if you want a good carbide burr that will last most homeowners or hobbyist a lifetime then this is it. I have some of these that have 100's of hours worth of use on them and they are still milling A500 steel like butter. Little word of advice from a professional, if you are going to use these extensively invest in some good cutting oil, it will give you a better finish, increase the material removal, increase the life of the tool and keep the burr sharp and limit clogs, especially in materials like aluminum or lead. Follow that easy rule and they will cut like no other! I am not a paid spokesperson or affiliated with the company at all. Works perfectly

We bought this burr to remove weld seam from a 6 foot piece of square tubing. For a cheap burr this thing will eat....after grinding 6 foot of weld seam (note we made a custom block with bearings for it to sit in while cutting) the burr is still in great shape, not a single chip in any of the cutting teeth....will be buying this again just to have backups. Highly recommend....

Poor Quality

I purchased this to use on mild steel, the edges on the bit rolled over within a few minutes and was useless.. Ordered a name brand bit and ive gotten more than 100+ hours of it with none of the issues i had with this one.. tried to reach out to merchant with no success.

I work installing window blinds....this tool has been invaluable to deburr and enlarge pieces of window blinds. Excellent tool.
