Sturdy and Simple

Great for back support. Sturdy and simple. Only drawback is one temperature setting.

helpful for back

it fits snugly to cushion and it warms up nicely but only one setting on and I could use it a bit hotter , does not time out and stays on as long as switch is on, and I wish it was a little larger as one size does not fit all.

Too thick for desk chair

I bought this to use in my desk chair at work. It was too thick for me to sit in the chair and not feel like I was being pushed out of it. I actually returned it and was told to keep it. My 93 year old grandmother was with me so I used it for extra warmth and back support for her in a large/deep chair. It was perfect for her.

I would have kept it but..........

When I ordered it, I didn't realize that it didn't have an automatic shut off feature, which for me is important, but other wise seemd to work great and would provide good lumbar support.

Great for the office

I had some posture related pains. If not directly fixing the issue it is a great reminder to practice good posture. Building management likes to keep the office a similar temp to the arctic tundra so the heat helps me stay sane in addition to providing some relief. 2 complaints, 1. the strap on the back isn't adjustable so fit on the chair can be iffy. 2. Heat isn't constant when on, seems to come in waves. Other than that extremely happy with it.

Good buy.

Works good, but wish it had control settings and timer but good for the price. I have severe degenerative disk disease and it helps the pain.

Product manufacturing fault

Worked terrifically for the period it did, unfortunately it had an issue where a section of filament overloaded and burnt out. Thankfully I was uninjured. Refunded with no issues, however there are so few options for pain relief of this nature I may have to re-order which with the cooler months having already passed would most likely sit for half a year before being used again. A bit inconvenient overall.

Comfortable heated support for the back.

I have chronic lower back pain. I found the shape of the item gave the support I needed when sitting and the heat feature helped reduce the back pain. Overall, the product has significantly helped.
