No more ruined eggs!

We have a flock of backyard chickens and have an abundance of eggs. I always thought that hard-boiling eggs was easy, but after ruining a dozen at once we had to purchase an egg cooker. We used one from Walmart for years and recently purchased this one when we were out of town over Easter. This is much better than the Walmart version! It is a lot higher quality and has an automatic shut off feature which was missing from the other one. The egg spike prevents the eggs from breaking open while cooking and the included measuring cup ensures that the eggs are perfectly cooked to your preference. We were able to cook 18 in no time for the kids to color for Easter. They made fantastic deviled eggs once they were a variety of fun colors. The worst thing that happened was a slight miscommunication on the amount of water to add. If you are giving someone else instructions, make sure they know to use the premeasured cup or to use approximately ¼ cup of water. Somehow, they heard ¾ cup of water and the eggs were a tad rubbery. The dogs still enjoyed them though and we learned to be a bit more careful with communication. ???? As long as you follow the directions, they turn out perfect every time!

So fast!

This lets me quickly cook hard boiled eggs for breakfast in about 12 minutes. I love not having to keep watch while they cook! My toddler likes putting the eggs and water in by herself so she can be a helper!

Super easy to use egg cooker ,for a good price

I bought it to fix hard boil eggs ,since as a single guy I'm not sure how to hard boil eggs the old/regular way . You can soft boil and I think scrabble eggs with it but I didn't want it for that . You get a measuring cup to measure how much water to use and at the bottom of it is a pin to stick the egg and help it to cook. It comes in different colors ,I got the one in the black color . It's very easy to use and works as advertised. If there's one negative is the metal where you put the water ,they say use distilled water to keep the metal from getting discolored from the hard tap water ,but this doesn't effect it but the metal doesn't stay looking nice if you use tap water . Overall for it doing what I bought it for and it having a audio alarm to let you know the eggs are done ,I'm very pleased with this purchase and I use it alot .

Where has this been all my life?

I have struggled to boil egg for years. I found a way that works, only on the days I not a klutz. This thing is dead simple and for the $12 I paid is well worth it.

So Easy.

Works like a charms. Just fill the cup to what ever line you want, pour it in the tray, pop a hole in the egg, put the top on and press the button. When you hear the beep there done. The only complaint is the markings came off fairly easy just by hand washing. We only make hard boil eggs and that was a whole cup so not a huge deal.

Wonderfully surprise item

I would admit being really skeptical when I brought this into the house. But it makes phenomenal poached eggs. I haven't tried the omelet portion of it yet but the poached eggs were absolutely wonderful. And the hard boiled eggs come out perfect every time. I just wish I was better at peeling them ;-] Would definitely recommend this for somebody who loves eggs and it would make a wonderful addition to a dorm room or an apartment. Takes up very little space and everything stacks together. It's literally great. I bought it because a friend recommended it to me. So glad she did.

Will never boil eggs in a pot with water again!!

This little kitchen appliance is exceptional. Hard Boil eggs in less than 20 minutes. If you want the eggs nice and hard boiled, just add a little extra water and leave the eggs in the cooker 2 minutes after the timer goes off. We also found that if you pierce the bottom of the egg instead of the top, they peel easier. We take the eggs out of the cooker and place into cold, cold water to cool a bit. To crack the shell, we put the egg in a large glass and swirl the egg around until the shell is nice and broken. The shell usually peels off in one piece.

Compact, modern, economical and effective Egg Cooker

I love this portable beautiful coral-colored egg cooker. I cooked medium and hard boiled eggs so far - including 3 or 7 eggs at a time, per instructions on the menu. Follow the exact measurement of the water level required for cooking soft, medium and hard boiled eggs. My eggs all turned out perfectly so far. Everything was as described. I love to eat eggs and may eat up to 3 per day. It saves me a lot of cooking time. The cooker comes with an alarm which goes off after the eggs are cooked. For safety reason and to avoid overcooking, I always remove the lid immediately after the alarm goes off (very loud-you wont miss it), and turn off the power button at the same time. PS I have not tested the product in cooking the poached eggs. Not sure if it works or not. Value-added: the flat surface (pan) of the product can be used to cook small amount of vegetables after adding high level of water. Highly recommended.

Great

Works great. Boiled my first batch of eggs as soon as I got it. All 7 eggs at a time and only took 17 minutes, which it beeps to tell you when it’s done. Has a very cute instruction book that has a lot of recipes for eggs in it. Was smaller then I thought, but I never read dimensions haha. Definitely recommend buying it for the cheap price.
