A bit desapointed

I tried the rice, with more water, with less water...press the button and as soon as i hear the BEEP...(kind of beed, it is the realease of the button} I remove it, and it is always stuck at the bottom...So I use a soft scrub, it will come out, but every use I have to scrub it....there are no scratch at the bottom... I said a soft scrub

Not described correctly

It says in the description that it has a non stick cooking pot INSTEAD of aluminum. Mine clearly has an aluminum pot. It isn’t something huge I guess but it isn’t as described. I will probably keep it but still, it isn’t as described and it did stick a bit. Just saying…

Can't live without my rice pot!

This is my fourth rice pot. My first one still working but I'm afraid it will stop working one day so I bought a back up one, then I bought one for my nephew then I bought a bigger one, which is this one,10 cups. You measure your rice, wash it, add water, press the cook tab and go off to shower. Come back to perfectly cooked rice????

Like the rice cooker

Good rice cooker , cooks rice well. Only draw back - the exhaust vent on the lid is too big and therefore when the rice is cooking, the water inside the rice cooker sprays out quite a lot and makes such a gummy mess. Even though in the instructions it says, not to obstruct this vent, every time I use the rice cooker, I put a piece of cello tape covering at least half or a little more of this vent and this way, there is still a vent and the steam escapes, but the cooking water is not able to spray outside. If not for this I would have given this rice cooker 5 stars

Great!!

So far we have used this 3 times. Works great, rice comes out perfect!! I would recommend adding a touch more water than recommended if you want softer rice. But works great, cooks perfectly!!

Makes great rice, simple to use but a little smaller than expected.

This rice cooker is very simple to use. We had a simular one in the past but it stopped working so we had to find a new one because we eat rice very often. The bowl for this one is very sturdy and my favorite part of this cooker. Compared to the rice cooker that we used to have-this one make much better rice. Im not sure if its because the bowl was made out of a lighter aluminum and this one is much heavier but the rice in here tastes better. We make Jasmin rice in here.
