Emile Henry Delight

This is an excellent casserole great for any type of casserole curries chillies etc. Ideal size for a small family. Especially good on my Induction Hob. Already have several Emile Henry dishes / casseroles bought before I had my Induction Hob. I have a special Emile Henry cast iron plate so that I can use them with Induction. It is a pity they are now so difficult to purchase in the UK.

Smaller than advertised

The quality is-as expected- excelent. But- to my dismay - it has only 2 lt, not 4 lt. I thought to return it, initially- but I decided for keeping it in the end.
