Works well, a bit pricey
The product itself works great. I am using one for my guest bathroom and laundry room. I think the price is a bit high for what you get but there are not a lot of comparable zwave in wall switch/motion sensors. Having the motion sensor built into the switch eliminates the need for a battery or usb cable. Of course, your switch has to be located such that the field of view will detect the traffic like you want. I did have a slight issue getting the switch plate to fit over the switch. The buttons wouldn’t move freely. I just used some sandpaper to make the opening slightly larger and I was in good shape.

Great switch for half-bath, good Home Assistant support
Installed this in my half-bath and have it connected to Home Assistant via Zwave-JS. It's working great so far. You can configure the light to stay on up to 30 minutes after motion. The motion sensor in Home Assistant reports "OFF" in about 25 seconds. I put a contact sensor on the bathroom door and set up a template sensor that's "on" when there's motion from the switch sensor or the door is closed. I have Home Assistant turn off the light when that sensor goes "off". So in practice, if you close the door, the light will stay on for you whether you move around enough to keep the motion sensor happy. But if the door is open, the light'll turn off after about 25 seconds with no motion. This works great for us as you can see the reflection of the bath light on our living room TV.

Got to know what you are doing :)
I have about a dozen of these in my new home and they are working great. But unlike more most reviewers I use Hubitat and not Wink or Smartthings. Hubitat allows controlling the advance features of this device and also does not use an internet connection to a remote Wink or Smartthings server. I have my switches setup in "Automatic" mode and when the light turns on Hubitat switches the mode to manual. This allows me to control the switch in a more sophisticated way. For example, in our master bathroom with the switch in automatic mode you walk into the room and the lights turn on immediately. But leaving the switch in automatic mode is a problem when we go into our walk in shower and are out of view, after X number of minutes the lights would turn off. The solution was to put a motion sensor in the shower (it has a high ceiling and stays dry). By creating a Hubitat rule and switching the dimmer to manual mode once the lights are turned on and using motion seen by either motion sensor, the shower or GE dimmer, Hubitat keeps the lights on in the bathroom. The shower motion sensor has another rule to turn on the shower lights and fan (another GE Z-Wave Switch).. The combination of Automatic and Manual modes and the Hubitat controller has been a very useful technique in automating my home lighting. Hubitat also controls the dimmer settings used throughout the day and night and I've seen no issues. It's nice to walk into the bathroom late at night or early morning and now be blinded with very bright lights!

Works well, would recomend if a motion switch is needed.
I recently took the leap into starting my smart home. I purchased a few switches and thought I would leave a review that other might find helpful as a first-time setup. Below are a few details about my current configuration with the GE 26933 Motion Switch. Setup: I am using 4 of the Cree 9.5W Dimmable LEDs Cree 65W Equivalent Soft White (2700K) 9.5W BR30 9W Dimmable LED Flood Light Bulb (4-Pack) For a total load of about 47.5w on the switch. One note about the bulbs (not necessarily about the switch) is the fact that there is a slight buzzing noise, but only while in a dimmed state. PRO: • Smooth Dimming • Silent operation (no noise turning on or off) • 4x configurable associations • Motion sensing • Never worry about turn off (if you have the motion sensing activated, you never have to worry about shutting the switch off.) CONS: • Very large body (This switch takes up a lot of space in the junction box, make sure you have enough room) • No settable minimum brightness (some of the Lutron switches have a configurable minimum for LEDs) • Minimum brightness is not the same as other GE Z-Wave switches such as the GE 14294. Minimum on the GE 26933 is roughly what 30% would be on the GE 14294. The GE 14294 will go completely dark if dimmed all the way and will appear “off”. • If the switch is turned on by motion, it never appears to turn off in the Hub. It is as if the switch “dims” to 0% (not a big deal, but it does show the Hub that it is on) • I had difficulties trying to change the motion settings using the buttons as the manual describes. • No supplied cover. The Lutron screw less cover “White” matches the switch perfectly.Lutron Claro Single-gang Wallplate - Parent All in all I do really enjoy this switch, there are a few quarks to get around, but the motion sensing works very well. I have this switch installed next to stairs and it lets me know when someone is coming up. It has an automatic time out that is “configurable”, but I have yet to get it to change from the default of 5min. The color of this switch and other
