Poor quality, poor design and poor packaging.

Ist one had to be sent back due to a cracked base. Tried installing the second one and the screw to attach the base to the antenna was to short, had to remove rubber gasket to make it work. also, the antenna was sticking out of the packaging in both cases. poorly done.
