Not perfect, but no robot vacuum ever is.

Alright so first off, this is a real review. I read a lot of the other reviews for this product and they are clearly written by non-english speaking folk. It's hard to say whether those other reviews are real or fake, but regardless, this one IS! I'm an American who brought this Chinese product. Having owned a Xoami and a Neato D3, I can tell you Robot Vacuums are never perfect. My Xoami failed completely when a sensor stopped working. My Neato D3 recently failed when the electirc motor that spins the rotating lidar (on top) failed. I diagnosed it and ordered a new one was able to fix it myself. Also note that BOTH vacuums saw their wifi stop working, and the App became unusable. So, I know first hand these things are never perfect, no matter how much you spend! this time, I thought why not go for one of the cheapest (but seemingly ok) vacuums. It can supplement my D3 and act as a replacement for whenever the D3 craps out (and it will crap out again, im sure). I bought this vacuum and overall its just fine. It's not perfect, but its not horrible. It will pickup hair as it is meant to, but has some quirks. Here's the pros/cons... Pros: * No APP - The apps always suck and wifi fails, so why bother! * Controlled with a provided remote, which is so much better than App. * Remote can be used to program a plan/schedule, and fully start/stop the vac. * Easy to remove and clean dustbin * Comes with extra filter and side-brushes. * This cheap vacuum has a roller brush, which is really a must for cleaning carpets (some cheap ones are suction only -- look out for that) * Seems to have good coverage, despite being a "Random" (no-mapping) dumb-vac * No spinning LIDAR - You might be saying, wait, why is that a pro? Well its just one less mechanical thing that can fail. This vacuum might be dumb, but dumb == simple Cons: * Makes high-pitched beeping sounds to indicate things * Remote control has to be pointed directly at the vacuum, and within close range. * Robot vacuum only finds its way to the dock if it is near the dock. otherwise, it searches around aimlessly * Gets stuck a bit easier on cords and random things than my neato d3 Regarding the high-pitch sounds it makes, it can be annoying at first. But i totally got used to it real fast. I was initially worried it would wake me up in the middle of the night, but it hasn't done that. I am a heavy sleeper, but If i were a very light sleeper its possible it could wake me up I suppose. Overall, for the low price, this thing is great. I totally recommend it and if you are as fed up with these robot vacs as I am, dont bother spending more than $120 for a new vacuum. It's not worth it. They all eventually fail and at least if this one fails, it'll be a cheap sunk cost. Also, its sold direct from Amazon so you don't need to deal with any 3rd party vendors.

Company is not helpful

i love my vacuum. It does have problems with the hemp filter clogging easy. The company is no help. I have tried 3 time sending messages with no results. Trying to find out how to get replacement parts for hemp filter, roller and brushes. Company keep coming back that the parts should last 18 months. they never answer my question on replacment parts.

Great for dog hair on wood floors!

For the price I almost give it a 5! Works great for dog hair on wood floors. Good for carpet between regular vacuuming. It does occasionally bump the on/off switch and turns itself off. a quick reset and it's ready to go again. Dust bin could be a little larger, but then my two dogs shed a lot! I bought another one for my son. Great product for the price!

Hands Free Cleaning - Makes Me Feel Like I'm in the Jetsons!

The media could not be loaded. This vacuum cleaner is amazing! It has a gyro navigation system that ensures it can navigate around my home with ease. The 2600mAh battery means it can run for up to 120 minutes before needing to be recharged, and it is super thin so it can fit into those hard-to-reach places. I also love the six cleaning modes; spot mode, edge mode, spiral mode, zig-zag mode, single room mode and random mode. The suction power on this vacuum cleaner is impressive and it picks up dirt, dust and pet hair with ease. I have a long haired dog in my house who sheds quite a bit of fur and this vacuum does a great job at picking it all up. It also works well on carpets, rugs and hard floors. The best part about this vacuum cleaner is that when it runs out of battery power or finishes its cleaning cycle, it will automatically return to its charging dock so you don’t have to worry about manually plugging it in each time you use it. This robo vac is efficient and effective all the way around! Highly recommended A+ item.

. Does not return to charging station when battery is low. It has died under my bed twice.

It does a decent job, but tends to repeat the same area. Sometimes 3 times. I understood that it would return to it’s charging base when the battery was low. It did not return. Even tried to hit the Home” button on the remote. It just kept cleaning the same space over & over until it died. Needed to retrieve it from under my bed twice. A heck of a challenge retrieving it from under my bed. Needed to pick it up & return it to it’s home.

Excelente aspiradora

Me encanto aspira super bien toda mi casa. Estoy pensando comprar otra para la planta alta. Lo malo es que solo funciona con el control remoto seria bueno tuviera aplicación y de ahí controlarla con el celular
