Great for Dr. Seuss' Bday

I saw these while searching for something for Dr. Seuss' Birthday celebration we were having at my preschool and cracked up. They are even funnier on adults and children. Everyone had a great time with them and the Cat in the Hat top hats we got like them. The only down side is it takes a few minutes to figure out how the bands and tabs fit together to keep it on your head. Once you get how it works, they go together pretty fast and hold up well. I don't think any of the 3o children that had them on ripped one. A major feat if you know 3-5 year olds!

Fun times

These were a big hit with my students for Dr. Suess Day. They do run a little large. I teach second grade and had to tape the hats on, as none of the presized slots were small enough for their heads. This added about ten minutes to the morning, but it was worth it. Just beware if you are buying them for younger students, be prepared to do all the sizing and adjusting.

I read to my son's first grade class today in honor of Dr. Seuss' birthday and I surprised the kids with these hats at the end and they were all super excited like baby birds begging for food. The only drawback was that we had to use tape because the hats were so large and we could not figure out how to get them on the kids' heads fast enough with the adjuster.

Cute and Fun!

I bought these for my son's Cat in the Hat themed birthday party, and they were a big hit. The hats were fairly simple to put together and adjust, and they were worn by both adults and children (although the face opening is sized better for kids.) The hats were entertaining in photographs and pretty comfortable to wear for an hour or two. We had a fairly large number of party guests, so 32 in the package was a good value. Many of the hats survived the party unscathed and can be used again.

Great product but if you are buying for a childs ...

Great product but if you are buying for a childs party just know they are huge! Didn't not fit on anyone's head with the holes provided. You have to do a lot of cutting and taping for these.

Overall good

These were great fun, and quite striking looking with a big group of people wearing them. Just one thing, they were perhaps a little small for the adults wearing them - the sides of the hat were pushing into most of the adults temples - possibly meant for kids!

Dr. Seuss Birthday party must have

My son just had a Dr.Seuss themed birthday party and we gave these out instead of party hats. The directions as others stated are less than helpful although once you get one right, the rest go together pretty quick. They are great quality and shipping was fast!

They are very different from the usual cone hats. The kids loved these.

We got these hats for my sons 5th birthday party. The kids were surprised to see these hats and they loved wearing them. They are so much fun. The picture with the child gave me a better idea, otherwise I thought they would be a little smaller. There are so few options available for Cat in the Hat theme but finally I was glad I found these hats, they were perfect.
