PRODUCT DESCRIPTION The Dura-Gel SP III (Skin Protection) wheelchair cushion reduces surface pressure through the use of non-aqueous Dura-Gel placed in three pressure zones. The cushion uses a medium-density base foam in combination with a visco-elastic topper for added comfort and also positions the user with a moderate slope from front to back. The soft, stretchable lightweight cover reduces shear/friction, is fluid-resistant and has a strap at the back to secure the cushion firmly to the chair. Wrong size

I clicked on size 20x22 in the ad but when it went to my cart it stated I ordered an 18x22 so I went back and read the questions and answers about this product and the manufacturer said that it would be 20x22 so I went ahead and ordered based on that Q&A and the stated size in the actual ad and I ended up with the wrong size.

Nice cushion, bad customer support

One star due to poor customer service. The cushion made my wheelchair seat too tall. Tried to return it. CS delayed so long in getting me a rma that the return time expired. Nice cushion though. Using it on my sofa to raise the seat for easier transfers.
