Winds
It’s a good tool to have in a pinch if you work in construction. Winds are the enemy when it comes to working outdoors

Not what I would call water resistant...
They say it floats and is water resistant, but after floating in an inch of water for maybe 2 minutes it no longer worked. The O-ring in the battery cover and whatever other intrusion measures it has just aren't enough. Water was visibly inside the unit and it took 2-3 days of laying in the sun for the moisture to come out. Luckily it worked again afterwards, but I'm certainly not pleased. As a sailor, what good is something that can't get a little wet? If you want to tell people your product is water resistant, it better d@#$ well be because you know they'll put it to the test and be sour if it fails. It's a decent unit otherwise, but I'm starting to think they're just overselling the "features." Might have to return this thing.

Best of low tech
This anemometer is so easy to use. Did have to read instructions to set units, but no problems. Reliable and tough with accurate wind readings. The temps seem to be a little slow when removing from the vehicle and reactive to wind readings, hence the 4 stars.

Handy Compact Weather Station
We use this to collect ambient conditions for outdoor industrial painting. We like the case better than some of the other handheld meters because the case is hinged to the unit and you don't have to keep up with any removable covers. The case adequately protects the wind and humidity sensors.

Very Handy to Have!
We bought it because we needed one for our job, and this one is definitely useful! The wind speed can pick up almost anything, and the other readings seem to be pretty accurate. It's nice and compact for carrying around also. The biggest problem about it is that it takes a little time to get used to and remember how to change the settings on it. (Whatever you do, don't throw the instructions away.....) Otherwise it's a handy tool!

Great tool designed to be used
Trying to balance our ducted ventilation system is impossible without some real indication of velocity. This unit is intelligently designed for use in the real world. We use it as a relative indicator and don't have it on our calibration system. It works well for us. The folding feature adequately protects it for normal use up and down ladders.

Good value building inspection instrument
I am a PE doing building inspections. This combination instrument provides air flow, temperature, RH data that is easy to read. If you use instruments occasionally like I do and not everyday, you will find this is a good value for your money. Take care to not damage it as the senors are vulnerable and keep closed when not in use.

Why I don't know but once you know how to use it going back and forth to check what you need to know is easy.
Bought one for use with my quadcopter to keep an eye on wind speed. Does what I need and more. However please note will not do mph and degrees c together. Why I don't know but once you know how to use it going back and forth to check what you need to know is easy.

Well worth it.
Apart barometric pressure, it matches readings side by side wind/temp gauges 4x the price. Good bit of kit. Only con, spare rotors seem to be harder to get than Kestrels but you shouldn’t need one for years if you don’t use it every day. Very strong case mounted cover.

Ottimo prodotto per il suo prezzo
Prodotto utilizzato per il rilevamento dei dati ambientali per il tiro a lunga distanza.peccato che il tempo di regimazione dei sensori sia maggiore del tempo di spegnimento automatico,da riavviare più volte.Economico rispetto ad altri strumenti seppur professionale è corretto (confrontato con stazione meteo)
