Shipping is poor, soap dispenser is good.

The soap dispenser's factory packaging is a simple single wall paper box, and Amazon shipped it in a large flexible envelope. The envelop has no rigidity so the factory packaging got mashed during shipping. When I took it out of the envelope, the box was crushed, but it appears to have not affected the soap dispenser. Amazing it survived, dumb to ship in soft side packaging.
