The pump is not worth having. Meet me somewhere in the middle.

If you have problems with your limbs the company does not provide you with a pump worth the effort of using. I have fibromyalgia and this wasn’t worth investing in on the other hand, if it would have been half way inflated that would have been worth the efforts and investing.

Lots of extras come with this. But this is lower to the ground than I expected. Hard on my knees.

For fitness, not work

I was looking for an ergonomic chair to help improve my posture and relieve some back pain, and some of my co-workers have yoga ball chairs. The chair is mostly easy to set up and you can adjust the inflation of the ball to find the perfect level of firmness for you. However, the resistance bands that come with it should have been my first clue. This isn't really a chair for the office. It sits far too low for any desk. Great for fitness while I sit an watch TV, though!

A bit small, might be leaking

The ball was fairly easy to get blown up right out of the package, which is good because it came with no instructions about which plug to use or how much to inflate it. I initially filled it up until it felt firm, and after a few minutes of use it seemed to have leaked a bit and I was sitting further down than I was before. I filled it up again and kept going until it was too difficult to press the pump down with my hands. It seems like it has stayed inflated better this time and I'm happy with what I've been able to use it for, but I would be nervous about a larger person sitting on it. For reference, I'm 5'3" and at full inflation my knees are just over a 90 degree angle. It would not work as a chair unless you had a desk that could be lowered. The ring around the bottom only wants to stay half inflated, which is still enough to keep the ball from rolling away. I think that the ring is too small to allow enough movement on the ball, so I'm just using it as a "corral" when I'm not on the ball. The resistance bands arrived creased and not trustworthy, so I haven't actually tried them out of fear of something breaking and getting slapped in the face.

My First One

This is my first yoga ball so I can't compare it with others. This came with everything described, the ball, exercise bands, stability base, and the little plastic pump. It didn't come with instructions or any exercise examples. But those are easily found on the internet. The pump will take you some time to pump up the ball, but I just counted that as part of my exercise for the day. This has been a great start to my new year and my new routines. I have limited mobility, so I don't go super hard, and this yoga ball has been perfect for me. I was also going to use it as a chair but it's not quite big/tall enough for my desk. But overall, it's a win.

Great Set but Pump is Meh

I got this set to inject a bit of mid-day movement into my workday routine. I have it in the corner of my home office for when I take breaks and need to get up and move around. The ball is great, and I sometimes swap out my desk chair for it. The resistance band with hand grips is also pretty great. The only thing I wasn't wowed by was the included pump. I appreciate that they offered one, but it's only so so. Since I didn't have another pump option to blow up the ball, I obviously made do.

Good size for heights about 5'5 to 5'8

Size of the ball is good for the height I gave. Too small for 6'0.

Great home workout kit

Very easy-to-use home workout kit. The ball comes deflated but includes a pump to pump it up. There are resistance bands and those work great. The ball is comfortable and definitely helps with posture as you need to sit on it a certain way so you don't roll off. Perfect for many scenarios! Not a bad deal and works great!
