Damaged product

I was very disappointed when I received this product. It was damaged and it leaks from the top lid. Every time it rains the bottom of the box is full of water and my mail and papers are wet!

Packaging is very poor. Product is just ok. Paint is rough.

The product would work for us but better packaging is a must!! Needs even a couple of layers of bubble wrap to prevent paint scrapes and edge damage. Our first one arrived with 2 large dents, several paint chps and scrapes and worst of all the weld for one hinge were totally broken off. Returning in the hope the replacement may arrive in better condition but don't hold any great expectations. Shame that for maybe 50c of extra packaging product would be well cushioned in travel.
