Makes you still feel like a lady
80 years old, 5'5" , 245 lbs . And very large in the hips and rear end . First of all ,they are very soft and attractive. They cling to your skin like normal underwear. The feminine pad is large and where it is meant to be,in the crotch of the garmet. My grandmother wore a pull up and an xxl feminine incontinence pad together. Unfortunately it would flow like a bucket of water, no control whatsoever. So ,when my mother had major surgery, knee replacement ,I looked into these. She has had difficulties more or less getting to the bathroom quick enough. And now with a few health issues major arthritis and a new knee ,this product is taking a large burden off off my shoulders. Not to mention the company,old faith full from back in the day. All over ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Please try if you are searching for the first time. You will be pleased not having to wear an enormous adult diaper ladies.( I bought 14-20 pant size xl. For her body shape)

These work well and the price is pretty affordable. The colors are good tho my preference is black. They don't look so institutional. The absorbency is good. The leak guards are a big plus for unexpected gushers. I still use an insert when I'm outside just in case. I'll buy them again I think. Update: I bought two more packages. One I just opened. Each one has an incomplete seam on the left hand side. It comes apart when being pulled up. It's disappointing because .y first experience with them was very good. Still deciding if I'll send the unopened ones back.

Runs big
The media could not be loaded. I wanted black for under a dress .They seem to run long, the material has a paper feel and sound. I ended up wearing them under a good fitting brief.

Not Underwear
These are not what I would consider underwear. They are pull-up diapers. They tend to ride up. I purchased these for post-op for the just in case situation. I tried them on and tested them. If I had a real accident in them, they would not be completely leak proof. I'm making note that I'll have to have a pad under me in case. Just FYI.
