When you spend more time at your desk than anywhere else it's time to invest in a top-notch chair. This high quality drafting chair is constructed with a higher seat range to reach work surfaces that are above the average desk height, like counters and bars. Designed for artists, engineers, lab technicians and other creative work professionals, this tall drafting chair provides enhanced back support to maximize productivity. Featuring breathable mesh material and extra padding throughout, this drafting stool will help keep you cool and comfortable during extended work sessions. Our adjustable-height drafting chair effortlessly raises and lowers to your desired height via an easy-to-operate pneumatic adjustment lever while the integrated chrome foot ring around the base provides a comfortable place for your feet to rest. The waterfall front seat edge helps reduce pressure on the lower legs while increasing circulation. Padded armrests flip up and out of the way as needed, allowing you to quickly switch between tasks with greater flexibility. If you work at a non-traditional surface height, a comfortable chair is a must have so the multiple adjustment features in this office drafting chair will be a welcome addition. Synchro-tilt control lets the chair's seat and back recline at different rates, increasing the angle between your torso and thighs for an ideal sitting position and the contoured back with lumbar support may help to alleviate strain on your spine and back muscles. 360 degree swivel paired with dual-wheel, easy-rolling casters allows you effortless mobility to maximize your workspace. Spills clean up easily with a solvent based cleaner, no water required. Whether you go to the office or work from home, this mid-back mesh chair offers a practical and attractive seating solution to get you comfortably through your workday.

Comfortable and high-quality for the price
I really like the seat and back material because they don't generate static like fabric-upholstered seats do, and yet it is still incredibly supportive and comfortable. The arms flip up which makes the chair versatile. My only complaint is that it was a bit difficult to assemble by myself.

Best chair ever!
If you like to work from a tall table, this is your chair! Great back support, comforting supportive mesh and you are able to work without getting fatigued. Love it! My last chair lasted for over 6 years.

Great chair with a couple complaints.
Bought this chair as I have nearly debilitating sciatica at times, and I work at a work bench as my office in the garage. Its comfortable and doesn't seem to exasperate the sciatica. I would recommend buying it. My negative feedback (I'm 5 foot 9, and 230 pounds, so take that into consideration for the below): 1) It's a little pricey for what it really is. Mostly plastic except for the foot ring and the metal shaft. 2) At first the mesh on the seat pan has a swing upward as it approaches the knee, for those that have larger thighs like I do, it may feel that it's pushing your legs up before the knee and back up the bottom of the thigh some. Some may find this uncomfortable, but over a couple weeks the mesh has stretched a bit and I have gotten used to it and it doesn't seem to affect my sciatica. 3) It can be a little tricky to get in and out of. You really can't put much weight on the ring. 4) Lastly and the largest con for me is, the foot wring will constantly wriggle farther down, so you have to get out of the chair and squat down and try to wriggle it back up after loosening the set screw with black knob. Also the rubber sleeve that makes contact with the metal shaft and the outer area separate, so you have to get those to fully back together. It should be designed to where that does not happen. Either another set screw on the other side to help stay tight, or some for of a locking mechanism. Doing this with sciatica is painful. All in all, nice chair, would recommend. Fix the foot wring from what it's doing though...

Flatten the curve
It's coming up on the one year anniversary of my purchase of this chair, and I'm very pleased. About a year ago, I purchased this to go with an antique drafting table I'd set up as a hobby work space in my basement. At the time, I was looking for something very affordable, as it would only see occasional use. Little did I know we'd soon be asked to spend the next two weeks working from home to "flatten the curve". Thankfully the product shipped quickly, was packaged very well and was easy to set up, because a couple weeks later that antique drafting table and this chair would become my new office. To my surprise, I'm closing in on a year of flattening the curve, and this chair has held up very well for something I only expected would see occasional use. I've had a bit of a leak in the pneumatic cylinder, but only at the upper end of the stroke. As a result it tends to sink down about an inch from my upper level set point, but it stays firm from there and it's still within a comfortable seating height, so I normally don't notice it. As for comfort, the chair is ergonomically very comfortable with firm back support. My only complaint would be the mesh seating can feel a little rough when you have to sit through long online meetings and decide it's shorts day at "work" that day. Otherwise, I'm very surprise how well the mesh fabric has held up for something in this pricepoint. It feels just as supportive as the first day in my new office, and other that some dust and food crumbs doesn't really show any wear. I may occasionally (every 3 or 4) months tighten the foot ring, but I use it all the time and regularly push off on it to reposition myself. Overall, it's been very sturdy. As we close in on the anniversary of "two weeks to flatten the curve", it looks like I'll be continuing daily use of this chair for some time to come. I expect it to last quite a while yet, but if it failed tomorrow I wouldn't hesitate to order another one.

Reasonably Comfortable; Good Ajustment; Easily Moved
The chair arrived fairly quickly after I ordered it at a time when products like this were in very high demand among those of us transitioning to working and teaching from home. The box was heavy but easily manageable by a single person. The assembly was relatively easy and straight forward IF you read and follow the instructions and the order of assembly. I found that putting the seat upside down on top of a coffee table and then resting the back on the floor and balancing it against the table made assembly significantly easier than if I had tried to balance the three pieces on their own. The retractable armrests are great. They are comfortable when I am using the chair and retracting them makes it infinitely easier to move the chair around and avoids many unintentional finger or hand jams against the desk. The top height is perfect for a typical high desk, which means that I can use mine either standing, as I often do, or with the chair (which I need when am leading or participating in long ZOOM sessions). The lowest level is a bit higher than a typical desk chair, but it still works for a standard height desk. The bad. I was taken by surprise that the chair is mostly made of plastic. The foot rest, the adjusting center tube and the link between the two parts of the chair assembly are the only metal parts of note. I would have preferred it if the wheeled base was made of metal and thus a bit heavier. The chair has a bit of an unstable feel to it because the wheeled base is relatively narrow and light. That said, I can sit on it for hours of lectures and meetings and have not once felt like I am losing my balance. On balance, at the lower price, a good, flexible chair that you can easily get out of your way when you want to work standing up.

For the price, this chair is not comfy.
This chair does not feel comfy. The material used feels like it'll wear out really quick over time. I ended up returning it.

Just like the rest of reviews, mesh pulls off the frame
Very comfortable, but mesh is poorly secured

Pricey, but worth the investment.
Excellent quality, metal frame with solid white plastic covering, padded arm rests and comfortable mesh fabric? Very comfortable, large travel from low to high position. It is a bit pricey however, worth the cost. I would buy again as I believe the chair will last a long time.

Expensive for what it is. The low position is too high for a regular desk.
Made me realize that it is most of the time it is better to try something before buying it on internet without trying it.
