Buy the best

There are plenty of knock off,s that are cheaper. But do you want risk poor quality from China ? Or even worse , inferior materials , or poisonous materials ? Buy the Original.

One worked the other was broken, the black insert wasn't connected to the end

I ordered 1 pack of filters, 2 are enclosed, which was the deal. The first filter was broken, black inner tube disconnected to outer white tube, the 2nd filter was solid and easy to install, except needing a pair of very young strong hands to unscrew the red top from the white container. But all went well. I tried to return just 1 of the filters as only 1 was broken. But Amazon doesn't have a way to credit for 1/2 the package. Amazon immediately refunded the full amout even though I sent 1/2 of the package back. I feel the seller is not getting recompensed for the good filter. So if anybody can figure this out, I'm happy to pay for the good filter. George Birdsong

Worked well for only 1 month after flow of water substantially reduced

Installation went without issues, flow was great after at the beginning, however after 1 month the flow of water substantially reduced.

Worth every penny for truly clean water....

What a wonderful product! I had no idea how well this filter would clean my tap water, but after changing my old Franke filter (which was dark brown with sediment and foreign particles) I now know! Worth every penny for my family to drink truly clean, great-tasting water!
