Functional but not pro-grade
As many other customers have described this multi-fastener gun does what it’s supposed to do but the hammer pin does make marks in your work surface most of the time. Seems like it makes marks more often when gun isn’t perfectly perpendicular to the work but between modulating air pressure and adjusting the fastener depth setting you can get it dialed in pretty close. Noticed that the hammer pin area emits a small spark occasionally while operating. I am using Hitachi brand 1-1/2” finish nails to fasten 5mm plywood underlayment to 2x6 interior framing. Also have experienced occasional incomplete fastener driving but that could be operator error as I get familiar with the operating characteristics of the tool. Time will tell.

Great tool
I like the fact it can shoot finish nails and staples. I didn’t think I would shoot many staples. Well I was wrong. I have shot just as many if not more than the nails. Nice light weight and has the non marring tip.

Trigger issues and no customer service
I purchased this and immediately had trigger issues with a no fire. It was exchanged for a second, and I put maybe 100 staples through the gun and it will not fire. I tried all of the online fix suggestions, but when I tried to call the support number, it hangs up on you. While it worked for the first few minutes it was great, but obviously it’s worthless to me now as the return window closed. Very disappointed .

Not worthy
The nails for the 16 gauge keep getting jammed

For staples works fine but.. 16 & 18
Upon receiving the nail gun tested it shooting a few nails and staples. Staples worked fine but 16 & 18 left long and very visible markings on the wood since only one side is firing and the hammer is wide. So for the finishing job, this gun is not recommended at all. I have guns of all gauges so just used my other guns to finish the job. I'm checking if I can return it.
