Better for smaller spaces

I put this on the kitchen counter to help with cooking smells while we wait for our range hood to be installed. By no means is this 'fast acting' like a spray, but I don't want to use a spray odor eliminator around food. It's moderately perfume-y but not overpowering. You smell the scent more when you give it a little shake. I would love to find an odor eliminator that didn't ADD smells. My husband is prone to migraines and smells make them worse, which is why I got this to try. I like the colors of the beads, they aren't garish and look nice on the counter without screaming "I'm here to eliminate smells!", as long as you turn the label away. When the beads have all been used up, there remained some liquid at the bottom with some tiny beads left. It was as if at some point, most of them just liquified near the end, and it didn't seem to be working any longer so I threw that out with the container. Probably it would be better suited for a small bedroom/dorm room or bathroom, rather than kitchen/dining area.

works great!

I had to unexpectedly take in a dog that has been outside. I kept the dog in the bathroom for a couple of nights to get use to us. He was very stinky. 1 funk away container eliminated the smell even with the dog not having a bath yet.

Nice idea, but...

While these canister style odor absorbers are a nice idea in theory, I have yet to find one that actually works like it's supposed to. These didn't really help us much. After the first day, I could smell the pet odors again and could no longer smell the fragrance from these canisters unless I sniffed the canister itself. Honestly, I didn't hold out much hope since most of these canister things usually have really low ratings. Now, I'm convinced that they just don't work very well.

Amazing Product

I can’t speak to longevity because we’ve only had this a couple of weeks. However, so far, it’s amazing. My husband and I are both hyper sensitive to household odors. He recently became bedridden and we put a jar of these beads by his bed. Absolutely NO odor except what is within the be linens. No “product “ odor, either. Will definitely order again.

Bathroom odor gone

I bought this to help eliminate smoke odor, my husband and I both smoke, we live in a duplex so trying to not bother the neighbors with smoke odor. I put this in the bathroom and it works great, bathroom smells fresh and clean, not sure if it helps smoke odor since we don't smoke in the bathroom.

Good product

I use this where the cat litter box is, not to where my cat can get it, and it really helps with any odors. My neighbors have mentioned that they can't tell I have a cat. This is my second purchase of this product.

Works Very Well!

I was skeptical based on the other bad reviews but I'm glad that I tried it for myself. I put the beads in my walk in closet at the bottom with all of my shoes and after one week the stale smell was completely gone! I haven't even had a whiff of stink since! I would absolutely recommend this product and would purchase again.

Doesn't work

Doesn't work at all. We put this in the shoe basket hoping to relieve some of the funkiness of the shoe odors and it doesn't work at all. It has has a fresh scent to it, but I feel like it's just working to mask odors not draw them from the air specifically.
