I took off 1 star, since the wedge eliminated my wrist pain, butcflowcwas impossible with the middle section. If it was flat in the middle it would be perfect!

Used to Support Leg After Hip Surgery

I bought this item for use after a hip revision surgery. It was important that my leg stay straight and not roll out (or in) for several weeks after surgery. I placed the wedge in a pillow case and put it on the outside of my operated leg from the ankle to the knee. It worked great. It was just enough lift to keep my leg from rolling out and gave good support so it was comfortable. Maybe I’ll take up Yoga as part of my extended recovery. Right now I’m just working on getting to walk again and am unable to bend much. The product is great and I was very happy to have found it to use.

Very slippery

It’s a little smaller than my last one in length, width, and thickness, but I guess these days, $15 doesn’t go too far. I am unimpressed with the quality, but don’t want to spend $35 on a good one. I have severe wrist issues, so I have to have one if I want to do yoga. This triangle is very, very slippery. I wiped it with a touch of vinegar, and mild soap and water, to try and get it a little stickier, to no avail. I used it with a yoga towel wrapped around it, and it seemed better, but kind of a pain to have to do that. Haven’t decided if I’m going to keep it. Just be aware, you will have to either wear yoga gloves, or wrap it in something.

It's ok for some yoga positions, but not for others

The wedge is nicely made but seems a bit short in width for anyone who has medium to large sized hands. Although it's very long, it's not very wide. I can use it for wrist support in poses like cat/cow & side plank and heel support for yogi squats, but it is not very useful for downward dog. My hands do not fit on the block (fingers are uncomfortably on the floor) and it's a bit slick.
