key selling point biardseye function not working (asking for subscription... but service is free and no subscription needed) on my unit, Garmin wasn't able to help me with this issue , trying to return it back, Amazon screwed me with return, due to it cost $900 ups driver have to pick it up on next business day, and not drop at UPS store... 3 days later no driver, no call from UPS ... thinking to reduce my business with Amazon... Update: from Garmin ... this is new problem they trying to resolve soon

Why did Garmin eliminate features they had on the OTR 1000???
I own the model Dezl OTR 1000. I thought the OTR 1010 would be better. I was dead wrong! The 1000 allowed city search via zip code. It also warned the user that the route it first offered-up involved paying tolls; it offered an option to reroute via non-toll roads. Both of these very useful features are NOT part of the more expensive OTR 1010. Why would Garmin eliminate them? The hoopla about aerial views of arrival points is pure, unadulterated malarkey. The illustrations that take up half the width of the screen are somewhat useless. And their accuracy is questionable - no street names, etc. The OTR 1000 is still available. It is, by a country mile, the better choice - - and for less money.

Not the bang for the Buck not even close
I thought I was paying 900 dollars for a top notch quality product that was better than the rest or close to high quality standards. Unfortunately, the software is cheap the interface is confusing at times and the sole feature to look at a gps map is displayed over 1080p with not so good quality. Quality to build this is probably only five dollars I don’t know how to add new apps also the voice command is horrible barely follows orders or anything.

It doesn’t meet my expectation
It’s not accurate at all in some area. Somewhere which the truck can go through but the GPS will make you take the fairer route. Also in some city it’s not accurate
