This doesn't hold as well as I thought it would.

This is not bad mounting tape, but it just doesn't hold as well as I had hoped it would. It was quite a disappointment.

Easy to use, hard to remove but….

I’ve used this product many times and application is very important. Some items it doesn’t not stick to well, others it’s like super glue. I tried using this to hang wooden signs on a cement wall, with failure. For other applications it is great. The weight per measurement I do not fee is accurate and it is not weatherproof. If you use it outside try to have it protected from the elements. In any the cold weather does have an effect on it.

Not as it seems to be

I bought this to put my small fire extinguisher to the side of my tool box, so I wouldn't have to not drill holes. It fell off over night. I used 3 straps and it didn't hold as I was thinking. Good luck.

HEAVY DUTY

East to use… used it to hang a heavy full length mirror on my door. After a few minutes of pressure the mirror seemed very secure and TRUST me I tugged to make sure. Would definitely recommend

OK but depends on what you want to use it for

I've used this in the past with very good results. This time I wanted to use it to adhere a strip of rubber to a plasic shed door for weather sealing it. It stuck very well to the plastic but did not stick good at all to the rubber so I ended up having to also put a few screws in it to hold it. The product works well but no so much for rubber.

Worked Perfectly

This tape was a replacement piece for a child safety lock that goes on a refrigerator. When I say this stuff holds I mean THIS STUFF HOLDS!!!! If it stops holding the pieces in place all I have to do is reapply because it is a nice size roll!!! So happy that I picked this over 3M!!!!!!!

Gorilla products are great.

I couldn't find anything over 6ft at my local stores but was happy to find this on Amazon. Darn Amazon, you've got everything I ever needed. Gorilla tape is the strongest tape in my experience. If you need a strong hold can't go wrong with gorilla products

For outdoor lights

I used two strips to attach outdoor solar lights onto an old wooden fence. Three strips onto a brick wall. It feels like it doesn’t glue flush to the surface but it does stay up really well - none of it came off until I scraped it off (came off easily). I reused the same tape without cleaning up (some dirt and wooden splits are visible) and it still holds up good on the fence! Reused one fell down from a brick wall but I’m not surprised. It held up very well outside in Canadian winter too. Highly recommend!

Product works well but its hard to justify the purchase because its just so expensive.

Rock solid

This tape is fantastic. It hasn’t failed on me and I’ve used it for various outdoor applications. It works best on smooth surfaces. Once’s it’s cured for some time, it’s extremely difficult to remove. Which is a good thing to keep things from falling, but a pain if you want to move things around. That said, after using it the first time, I bought an additional roll just to keep around the house just in case.
