Better than the standard Spike Ball set.

I expected it to be sturdier than it was but it gets the job done. I def think this set is better than the standard Spike Ball set. I didn't like how all the black "Slammo" writing smeared and faded off after the first day of use. Made it look worn right away and I was planning to gift it to a friend if it held up well. I also didn't expect the frame to warp so much when putting on the net on. Took some adjusting to get rid of the oval shape that I don't remember having to do with my old Spike Ball brand-name set. Once tightened up and adjusted well, it worked great. Other than the minor aesthetics and correctable net adjustments, think it's the best bang for the buck online right now if you want a sturdier than average spike ball set.

Way better than the "other" one

Our friends own the other brand of this game and this set is so much better that our friends ordered this version. The frame is sturdy and does not warp. The carry bag makes is super easy to carry anywhere. We've gone from the beach to the mountains to college! Fun game, great workout!

Sturdy, well made, two thumbs up.

I only have one complaint about this set, but don’t let it deter you, this Slammo set is awesome, (and I would buy it again in a heartbeat). So the complaint is that the net is a little small, it stretches out over time, but if you haven’t played it in a few days, you need to line the netting up “just so” In order for it to reach all the hooks with even tension. That is literally my only complaint, it’s sturdy, the colors are nice, the balls are super high quality. I was a little worried after reading reviews on here about the regular slammo balls rupturing. But, they must have fixed it because the pro balls work really well, and we have had no issues with them at all, and we have put in about 30-50 hours of active game play thus far.

Looks like great quality!

My kids have been begging for this game so I decided to surprise them with this for Easter. They have loved it. It's really easy to put together. I love that the carry bag is big enough to easily get everything back into it. It came with 3 balls and a pump to inflate the balls. Which is perfect. The net can be stretched tight to get the perfect bounce. The stands and ring seem to be durable and the kids love it. They've been out playing a dozen times already and have taken it to a couple activities. This is a great purchase, would highly recommend.

It's great

It is great. A nice little activity for my friends and I to keep moving. Only inconvenience is the net. The net is a bit tricky. Tip: You have to pull along the sides in addition to pulling across. This is so you will not have too much difficulty pulling the net over to the last hook. They net may need to be tightened a few times when using it multiple times. This is a fun game. If need be, adjust the rules for "super" beginners. (children/possibly adults)

I came, I saw, and I conquered

This is a really fantastic product. My family got countless hours of play out of it during the stay-at-home order, and we continue to play. Make sure to take the tension out of the net before putting it away. We did so and I haven't had any problems with the net going slack. It's a bit of a hassle to tighten it every time, but it's worth it for sure and something you would do even if you bought the "Spikeball" version.

Half the price of SpikeBall Pro for the same thing

My SpikeBall standard kit somehow got bent out of shape and we were looking to upgrade to the Pro kit. This is as durable as the SpikeBall Pro net for half the price. The balls seem slightly smaller, but not significantly noticeable. They do glow in the dark somewhat so that’s an added benefit. The legs don’t fold inward because the rim is oval, not circular, but it’s well worth it considering the stability of the rim.

Great Value

The game comes with a handy portable bag for carrying. The base and circumference are easy and quick to assemble. The idea of adding an extra pump and balloons is awesome. The only downside is that the net is difficult to stretch. I would have liked to have had a color code to put the net with the right anchors. My fear is the risk that the net will tear quickly. The game is fantastic. It's perfect for moving around and spending time with the family. Le jeu vient avec un sac portable très pratique pour le transport. La base et la circonférence sont facile et rapide à assembler. L'idée d'ajouter une pompe et des ballons supplémentaire est génial. Le seul bémol c'est que le filet est difficile à tendre. j'aurai aimé avoir un code de couleur pour mettre le filet avec les bons ancrages. Ma crainte est le risque que le filet se déchire rapidement. Le jeu est fantastique. C'est parfait pour bouger et passer du temps en famille.
