I did good with this one!
We all know the possible variables when buying online, right? Well this pan is truly a score! I love it. So sturdy, glass top and pan both, that big pan you wish for when needing space between pieces you're browning as well as when you want to make a big batch of something. They recommend you don't crank the flame which initially concerned me, until I used it. Oh man, I have to emphasize, this pan distributes heat so evenly and successfully, you find that you don't need to put the heat above medium. Also, other than for flavor? You don't need oil, butter etc. I love that because I can use a small amount of quality olive oil, butter or whatever when I do just want that infusion of flavor, certainly not needed to safeguard against sticking. My opinion? A wonderful large pan.

Huge!
Be warmed, this pan is huge and if I had a smaller stove it would probably take up a burner and 1⁄2. I have the 10" with lid and absolutely love it but the lid on this one does not fit if you turn it upside down to store it, the handle touches the bottom of the pan and so the lid stays wobbly It also came with a scratch on the bottom of the pan from the lid being turned upside down. it must have been bumped during shipping. I wish I would have purchased one size smaller, but that size didn't come with a lid. I would not purchase again.

I love these pans.
These pans are great to use. I like the way these pans cook and clean up. Like all cookware you need to use with care. They are pretty much scratch resistant but not 100 percent... better than previously owned pans.

It's SIZE! Not too big, not too small!
Lightweight, not heavy, and if the contents are, nice having two handles to pick up and pour liquid or grease using both hands! Easy clean! Recommend getting the lid with your order, as it is very useful!

Amazing piece of the kitchen to have
Love the pan. Looks great, cooks great, and non stick is amazing. It holds up pretty well scratch-wise BUT it did scratch on the first day of use. so that is the only downfall but otherwise is a good product.

Exactly what I was looking for!
I’m so happy with it! Used at least 10 times already. Just as described, washed in a dishwasher every time. Cooks great never sticks .

Hot spot
On an induction stove there is a noticeable hot spot in the middle and a “colder” zone on the outside. Once you know this you can use it to your advantage: move sautéed onions over; move undercooked items to the middle etc. Great size and super easy to clean. Be careful when storing the lid upside down to save space as it can (and will) scratch the cooking surface if you put weight on top. The lid handle is taller than the pan is deep.

I haven’t had this pan too long so I can’t comment on the longevity of this product however I will say that for now it works terrific and was a great price for what you get.
