Use an oven mitt to touch the handle on the lid though. It heats up REALLY fast and stays hot!!

Nice pan

So far this has been a good pan. I like that you can cook on the stove and then transfer it to the oven if you need to. It hasn’t scratched. The quality seems to be a little better than the last Gotham steel pan I purchased. It is easy to wash and I love the size. I can cook a one pot meal for my family in this easily.
