Positively surprised

I have the weirdest skin, dry in some places and greasier in others, plus sensitive to a bunch of stuff. After reading the reviews I decided to give it a try and I'm not dissappointed. The water in my community is very hard, so I think the dryness I feel after using this cleanser is because of that, but BOY does my skin feel super clean and soft afterwards! Highly recommend

About to purchase my third bottle!

I use this every fall and winter when my skin starts to get really dry and my eczema flares up. It cleanses SO well and doesn’t strip my skin. Use only a super tiny amount on a wet face and move it around in a circular motion. It picks up debris from clogged pores and a bit of dead skin as you gently lather it up. One bottle lasts me two fall/winter seasons of cleansing 1-2 times daily. Recently I had the worst eczema flare up I’ve ever had on my face. This has helped tremendously! I know it’s not all natural or “clean” ingredients, but it’s not terrible, and it really has been so good for my super sensitive skin. Will continue to repurchase!

Gentle yet clean

I have been using this facial cleanser for years and I have very sensitive skin and it always rinses off clean feeling. My only complaint is that the ingredients are not as "clean" as they could be.

Impressive

This is a very nice morning cleanse or second cleanse in the evening. It is not meant to be used near your eyes (stated on the package) therefore it is not a cleanser to remove eye make up. I needed to contact the customer service department of the seller and found them to be outstanding to deal with. The entire Hada Labo line is lovely.
