Very powerful
I got this because of the 1800W rating, so it will heat quickly and not have to wait for it to heat up to make steam. It also has a large volume of small vent holes, compared to the few large holes on most irons, to allow a lot of steam to release without excess water getting on clothes. These also allow it to steam hanging clothes to release wrinkles, which is nice when you don't have time to fully iron clothing. I also like the touch control, versus the old rotating knob mechanic, and it has a very sharp point so it goes easier between buttons and rivets. Overall I have been pleased with this iron's function and can recommend it over the older style irons.

No bells and whistles, a fantastic basic iron
We don’t iron weekly so the cordless iron we have had for 15 years has been sufficient however it has become problematic during holidays and the spring season when I have lots of curtains and special holiday items to iron. The cordless just cant keep up with these marathon ironing sessions. I just needed an iron that gets hot and stays hot consistently. Something basic with a strong steam function, is easy to fill and doesn’t stick to the fabric. Its this iron. I really like the soleplate, its got a big ironing surface and an elongated tip which is way better at getting into the little tight spots. It heats up quickly and stays hot consistently. The steam function is way more powerful than my cordless too and has made ironing a breeze. I used to use a separate misting bottle but I don’t need it with this iron . It smooths out wrinkles so fast, Im getting more done in less time. Happy with this purchase.

Not the best or the worst
I’ve operated an iron on an ironing board my entire life. I can clearly see the steam button and have it turned on to the max. Unfortunately, this iron hasn’t been giving me the steam performance that I would expect and yes I filled the water reservoir. The ironing that it performs is decent and the cord that retracts is working perfectly. I like the appearance of it, and it powers on and off easily. Maybe it will start steaming for me better sometime in the near future. I know technology can be quirky.

Awesome Iron, but the cord could be longer.
Really great Iron. The faceplate is slick, the style is easy to use, and the LCD display is awesome. The only drawback is that the colrd could be about 2 ft longer for me.

Great lightweight iron.
I really like this iron. Does a good job but water tank empties very quickly compared to the last version of the same iron. Love the retractable cord but do not let your fingers get in the way when retracting - it’s strong!!

Very nice iron
So far so good with this iron. It's a little bigger than what I am used to, but it's comfortable to use and does a nice job.

Dream Iron
It’s been a while since I purchased a new iron, so I was expecting the features on this iron to be vastly superior to what I had. I was not disappointed. This iron is versatile, easy to use with diverse fabric types, doesn’t lose steam when the chamber is full but steam is not selected, and the water chamber does not leak and filling isn’t messy. I wanted cordless, but honestly the retractable cord is just as good. A great iron, hands down.

It’s heavy
Good quality, works perfectly, but very heavy. Love the cord retraction

A good and affordable Iron
It is really worth buying. It is affordable and in my opinion, I don’t need to buy much expensive an iron when all of them have a same function. It can be used easily and its wire gathering is a double aged sword!. It is a nice point when you can put aside the iron without its wire but it gathers too fast its wire which in some cases my be injure hands if we don’t attention to take our hands away from the wire gathering way.

Heavy Iron
This is my second purchase of this particular iron. I needed one for sewing whilst trapped at my daughters during lockdown and left it with her when I finally escaped so I would have one next time I went back. Yeh, I missed it the first time I used my old one. So here we are, lol. This is a heavy iron, which is the reason I purchased it. I have arthritis, and this iron makes it so you don't have to put so much extra pressure on it to get wrinkles out, which makes the weight worth it. I LOVE the retractable cord. It can be a little aggressive on the recoil so keep your fingers out of the way. Steam is great, the reservoir is larger than my other iron and I haven't noticed any leaking. The only thing I would change is the set up of the dial. The settings are printed on the dial rather than around it. This makes it difficult to see what setting you are on. I truly do NOT like this and see it as a design flaw. It's still worth having all the other features though.

Mammoth
This iron is huge and heavy .... however, once you've realized that, it works wonderfully :)

Very smooth glide.
I have liked all aspects of the iron, temperature control, easy glide and overall ironing results. Great buy.

Best iron I've tried, and I've tried many.
I am an avid sewer/quilter and decided to try every iron I could get my hands on to see which one I liked best. Out of all the really expensive and not so expensive brands (several of each) I decided on this one! It was the smoothest iron with the best steam control and complete absence of leaking. It holds lots of water and has an auto-off after about 10 minutes. It fits in the hand well, although it is a bit on the heavy side. The only caveat was the cord...it is retractable but tended to get in the way while I was trying to iron...I quickly got used to it and it doesn't seem to be an issue. The durathon soleplate put this one over the top...it is very abrasion resistant so I imagine it will last for a long time. I use distilled water in it but it does have a self-clean function so you may be able to use tap water. I have spent lots of time testing many irons and this one definitely came out on top.
