I really like this can opener because it not only gets the job done efficiently, it is also small enough to leave out on the counter w/o taking up a lot of space.

Need a firm hand to line up can.

Not sensitive hands friendly. Unit has a good weight but, need a firm grip and some pressure to get blade lined up, and down, piercing the can to get it started. Blade attachment loosens easily, too easy. Old fashioned bottle cap opener? Rather have a V shaped device that would loosen water/soda, plastic, screw on, caps.

Broke 1st time I used it

Used this to open a regular can of tuna!!! The magnet, which is wielded on, FELL OFF!! No way to put it back on. It's very light weight and poorly made. It did open the can, but then the magnet fell off. Never had that happen, even in old cheap manual openers. Just don't buy it. It will break ...probably the day after the return window closes, then you are stuck.
