Love it

I go about 15,000 steps a day at my desk . Love it ! The first couple of days I was actually tired at night so it was using some energy. Great for circulation! One tip make sure you ha r a stationery chair or wheels that lock on your chair . Love it !

Easiest device to use and still feel like you exercised.

Quiet enough to watch TV, which my treadmills never were. Matt needs to be nubby side up to prevent slipping.
