Ultimate COVID19 TOOL
This filter blocks all the smells and I use it on the train or very close quarters & long rides (plane trips). It is heavier than my other single filter and can be heavy on the bridge of my very fine nose. The combination gas and vapor cartridge with P100 particulate filter protects against organic vapors, chlorine, hydrogen chlorine, hydrogen flouride, ammonia, methylamine and formaldehyde with minimum 99.97% efficiency. I use it with my half mask, but it also works with a full mask (pictured). They are all made in mexico

Can't breathe
I wasn't sure if these cartridges come like that or I received a defective product. I was working with chemicals and had these on but I noticed from the beginning breathing in was too hard and I thought maybe it'll get better, until I started feeling tightness and had to remove the mask to breathe, inhaling fumes in the way (but I had no other choice), and rushed outside for fresh air. I never had the same feeling with other - same class - filters. I looked inside them with the flashlight to find the whole filter is covered with something like hot glue? Dense in some places and lighter in other, but enough to block most of the air going in. This wasn't a pleasant experience. Update 12-10-22: I got a replacement but it had the same defect, glue allover the hepa filter blocking a good percentage of the air making it too had to breathe in. The latter 2 pix are of the replacement. I hope the manufacturer can find out and corrects this at the source factory in Mexico. I don't know how to get a hold of them. Update 12-21-22: I received a refund. I really wanted this to work especially that I already bought the mask for them, which fit nicely and seemed really efficient. I hope someone can let the factory know about this issue.

Universal Fit - Does the Job you need it to
This is a P100, for chemical vapor, so make sure you know what you need before you buy it. I work with Acid and other hazardous vapors so this does the job i need it to. I have full face, half face and tethered masks and this works well in all of them. Note some brands of masks have brand specific cartridges, make sure you have a universal connector that will fit the cartridge you buy. Id highly recommend North products for all your safety needs. You cant get any better.

Blocks spray paint smell! They work!
The smaller P100 filters do not block the spray paint smell, but these do, which gives me confidence to recommend for hardcore gas mask purposes.

used this exact product A LOT when i worked in the chemical plants. so i know it is a great product. use for painting and other vapor uses. mask is properly maintained and keeps good seal on face to keep this product working well.

Dependable
I have been using these cartridges for many years for protection when painting my models using an airbrush or plain brushes. They work very well with both lacquer and acrylics type of paints; the key is to do the proper fitting of the mask, and that also means shaving the day you plan to use it. Rule of the thumb, if you can smell the paint you have a problem and it is the mask not fitting properly. Very important is also to keep track of the hours of use for the cartridges, and never go way beyond the prescribed hours, 1hour may be OK, 10 hours is not

Not impressed
I discovered that the product did not attach to the face mask in the usual twist lock method, it had threaded barrel so I had to purchase their mask. I was not impressed with it either, it really smelled bad.
