Quick, Easy & Economical way to manage pH in a spa. The 2.5# container should last years.
Took about half a tablespoon to lower the pH in a 500 gallon spa from ~ 8 to 7.6, so measure and use judiciously. Add when circulating at a low pump velocity, and run about 30 mins before rechecking pH. If your pH has become more basic over time, say between 8 to 9, suggest you add the recommended amount in 2-3 increments and use your pH test kit to check between additions. USE CAUTION when handling; it is more than 90% sodium bisulfate and dissolves in water to form sulfuric acid. It will dissolve & dilute in the spa water to a safe concentration, but be careful to not breathe the dust, get it in your eyes or let it linger on your skin where it will absorb water in/on your body and damage tissue.
