Sturdy and comfortable
I bought the Hugo Mobility Explore for a trip I was taking to an amusement park. I can walk OK, but my arthritis makes it very difficult to stand for more than a few minutes. The Mobility Explore worked well. I was able to put it together in 10-15 minutes (I didn't even read the instructions). It doesn't fold up to a really small size, but it's fairly light and it stays folded, thanks to a simple clip. We were able to take it on buses, move it through the airport, and carry it up and down stairs with little trouble. The seat is very comfortable, and if you have a bad back like me, the padded, flexible back strap is much better than a padded bar. After three days at an amusement park, the rollator is still in great condition. The wheels are in good condition. I think my only complaint was that the front wheels sometimes flipped around back to front, making it a little difficult to maneuver. But it was always stable. No sudden lurches or tips.

Rolls Royce of rollators, but, shipped with wrong back-strap and missing bolt.
I've been looking at this rollator for 5 years and finally bought it as my old walker was dying. The build quality is superb and it rolls like a dream on excellent wheels. The brakes are killer, the paint, perfect. I love it but my joy was ruined when I discovered their cheaper line back-strap and not the big full-sized one that was advertised. It was missing one of the strap fastening blots and the included wrench and hex key didn't even come close to fitting. I think someone at the factory swapped them out (for personal gain) and stuck me with the cheaper stuff (it was even loose in the bottom of the big box the rollator came in...strange). To send it back was too much of a hassle (I am after-all, disabled) so I went to the Hugo site to price my missing parts (a big reason I bought it because you can't get replacement parts for 95% of the rollators out there) and they want $25 for the two nuts and two bolts (the minimum you can buy, screw that, I'll spend a couple dollars at the hardware store and source my own), but the original wide back-strap will set me back another $40, that's why I'm pissed-off and only gave it 3 stars instead of the 5 that it really deserves. All it takes is one wayward employee to ruin your reputation...just sayin'.

To short for me.
Use for getting around outside my home. Wish it stood a little taller.

a rollator I can recommend highly
I have been using my Hugo Explore rollator for more than a year. The current purchase was a gift for a friend. I have found my own rollator sturdy, reliable, safe and all round excellent. I like the large wheels that give a smooth ride when used on sidewalks, or even on gravel paths. The side folding feature makes it easy to get through doors and negotiate tight spaces. I have found the Hugo excellent for travel. I have taken mine on a number of flights, dispatching it as baggage for which the airline doesn't charge. A caution: remove the basket and pack it separately, as it tends to come loose when the rollator is shipped. This is truly a rollator for outdoor use. The seat and backrest are comfortable if you want to sit for a breather, and if they get wet in the rain they will dry quickly. The back wheels extend back further than those of most rollators, which gives the Hugo stability and encourages the user to walk more upright as he or she walks between the back wheels rather than behind them.them. In sum, the Hugo is a well designed, well built and well finished rolling walker. Mine after a year of use looks and operates much as it did when new. I recommend it highly.

It has seat
The seat does not maneuver well when trying to go forward. It does well in reverse. Somewhat heavy, do not see where a 110 pound (50Kg) woman can lift it in and out of the vehicle, because I have some difficulty putting it into my vehicle (100Kgmale). I like it, and would recommend with reservations on the weight

Works better than a basic model and looks better, too.
A great product. Wanted to upgrade from a basic Drive brand rollator to something that functioned at a higher level and looked better. My elderly parent has felt a bit depressed by having to use any kind of rollator and I wanted something that that made them feel safer and not as embarrassed. We appreciates the sturdiness and that it looks sportier and thus less “medical.” We just got it so can’t speak to how it functions over time but we like it a lot after having used it for a few days. If you can afford it I would highly recommend. We purchased 3 (a Comodita one and a high end Drive) but chose this one. Their footprints were bigger and probably better for someone with more balance issue. I thought get the Comodita one looked great but went for something more compact and a little lighter. It is only a bit over a pound more than our basic one and that was also a selling point.

This thing has kept me out of a wheelchair....
I bought this rollator because it was the lightest one I could find online. At first I really loved it, it seemed well-constructed and sturdy. I left off the back rest to lighten it further. But after only two months, the "basket" started ripping at the corners of its holder. I thought the brakes stopped working but then I figured out how to adjust them, it's actually quite easy. The wheels turn on a dime. The hand grips are relatively comfortable. I just wish the basket were made of a sturdier material...I'm not even sure they make replacement baskets. I put it in the trunk of my car (a Camry)...I found it difficult to place behind the front seat. Even at 15 or so pounds, I must say it's about the limit of my strength to get it in there. But I do like this walker....

Hugo VS Move X
I liked the Hugo’s feel, how well it was built, the problem was it took up to much room in the entry way, if it folded in a square instead of side by side I would have kept the Hugo instead of returning it & buying the Move X after doing allot of research on the Move X & after receiving the product it was well built just the seat wasn’t as deep 10 inches versus 11 1/2 on the Hugo, the Move X is allot better fit for me, easy to use & operate, check out EV Rider light weight on You Tube it will show the Move X demonstration, very informative.
