Tips to extend life and prevent cracking
The plastic bottom of my first one cracked after a dozen uses and I returned for a replacement instead of a refund because this this is actually very nice to have and use. I'm making ice coffee's at work where just pouring coffee over ice would result in watered-down room temperature coffee with all of the ice melted. This thing is awesome. To extend the life of this thing and prevent cracking I have two tips: 1) fill 1/2" - 1" less than the max line. The difference in chilling efficiency will be nil I assure you. And 2) if you can put it on top of a rack or other object in the freezer, do it. Try not to have it on the floor of the freezer right on top of the freezing element such that the bottom freezes first. With these tips my second one has already outlived my first one and I hope it keeps going strong.

Useful flask for a quick glass of iced coffee.
I brewed using a keurig, let it sit for about 5 minutes then swirled the flask for another minute, coffee was ice cold. However the ice inside was nearly melted so water poured through the holes that's on the lid, so you have to use your finger to plug the hole as you pour. Another thing I noticed was some coffee getting into the middle and sides through the lid holes. They say it can be used twice before having to refreeze but that's only if you want the coffee lukewarm poured over ice. If you actually want it ice cold it can really only be used once before the ice inside is nearly melted. But some brewers like nespresso don't brew as hot as a keurig so maybe your experience will be different. The build quality could be better as well, seems like it's only a matter of time before the plastic cracks.

Can’t open the product to use
This is my second hydro chiller because I might’ve added to much water to the first one, but I love this product from the first experience that I bought another. Well what I received today, I can’t open. I got the first layer apart with barely any pressure, but the next is stuck. My thumb has been sliced from trying to open it. Really annoyed right now that I cannot open this product and use it. Be prepared to potentially struggle even opening it. The color is beautiful, but I'm still annoyed. Update: I had to ask a friend to open it and he did! Will be immediately setting up today!

It works good but read kinda cons
1) if you can’t wait about five minutes for an ice cold cup of coffee WITHOUT ADDING ICE don’t get this. 2) only holds 12 1/2 ounces. But 4$ 3) it has more parts then I thought it was going to but they’re not really a big pain. But it has you know a few parts four of them that you’ve got to maintain and make sure you don’t lose but they really don’t need to be put into a dishwasher you just wash them off and you put them back together again and you keep putting it into the freezer after you use it you dump it out you wash it out fill it up again put it in the freezer. But it has more parts and I was expecting a lot more. I was expecting it to have just one container and that’s it but it’s nothing like that depending on how hot the coffee is you put into it you can get 2 usages but again you’re going to wait between five and 10 minutes for the second one as well. So if you’re in a hurry and you want 24 ounces of coffee this is not what you get. This was not exactly what I was expecting when I got this. I understand the concept of it is you know pretty basic but I didn’t think it was gonna be like this I thought that it was gonna be a very large container and it’s not I also thought I was gonna be able to drink out of it and you can’t because it’s huge. It’s not meant to be drunk you have to pour into something else. But overall of course it works. The concept is simple there’s a ton of ice with a metal container and a coffee goes into it and as the ice melts the coffee gets colder. I’m not disappointed at all. Because I can wait that amount of time to get an iced coffee It works. I watched a video about it and you know it’s about 60 seconds or so they said to leave it in. To be completely honest here that’s not how it works. When I get iced coffee I don’t want any ice inside of it OK I want the coffee to be cold like it was in the refrigerator I don’t want the ice. ice waters down no matter what you get. You have to leave this there for about five minutes if you take it directly from your coffee pot and poured it. It only holds 12 1/2 ounces. But if you leave it there for five minutes or so it comes out ice cold. And depending on how hot it is you can get more than one usage out of it you may have to wait five or 10 minutes out. But if you want a cup of coffee that’s going to be cold without ice you’re not gonna get it in 60 seconds no matter what are you shaking around you know slowly in your head and swirly they said to do or to leave it standing straight you’re not gonna get it cold like that you’re still gonna have to put it over ice. So wait five minutes if you can

Good but cracking
I love this thing, it works great but it has unfortunately started cracking :( I never fill it past the max fill lines at all (i’m very careful) but there are a few cracks forming on the plastic outside layer. I’ve been able to patch them up, luckily, because this is a really great product and I love using it!

BUY IT NOW!
You need this! Especially if you like ice cold beverages and don’t like your drinks getting diluted by ice! It works as an stated. I have tried it with coffee straight from my Keurig machine (I brewed in a mug and then poured in the hyperchiller immediately after). I also tried it with a juice from my pantry and within one minute or so it was COLD! I’m definitely ordering more and have already bragged to my friends and family that they need to get it now! You won’t be disappointed.

Chill blaster
Well seems to work ok as long as you follow instructions, don't fill it up & stick it back in freezer coz heard people doing that and then complain their cup broke. Would've been nice if it were a Lil bigger coz I use it for my iced tea but all in all it's decent!

Works as intended - but improvements can be made
Overall this is a good product but I think there can be some improvements made to improve how many cups can be made with one freeze session and to better isolate the coffee from the internals of the core. This device will turn boiling hot coffee into iced coffee as it states and it tastes good. It solves the problem of watered-down coffee and makes it fresh and quick. Problem is, once the ice melts inside the core, you have to freeze it again which takes a long time, and sometimes coffee makes its way into the inside walls which you need to clean out. Typically, I just always clean it out and put clean water, and refreeze it after making iced coffee because I don't want to think about old coffee staying inside the core and refreezing which is gross.

Wish it were bigger, but it works!
It works as described, I rated 4/5 stars as easy to clean because you can just rinse it out as is, but taking it apart is kind of a nuisance because it’s all frozen so you’ve gotta let it defrost first. It works well, only takes a minute to cool down approx 12oz, and you can immediately do another 12oz if you want. Takes a bit longer than 60 seconds for the second round if you are using hot hot coffee. Great for coffee, especially if it’s lukewarm in the pot and you want to make an afternoon ice coffee without completely watering it down! Also great for plant based milks straight out of the cupboard. I’ve wanted to use oat milk for in ice latte, and didn’t want it to warm up my iced coffee or melt all of the ice and water it down. So I put my coffee in, and the oat milk, then into a cup with ice and it works well to cool it right down without melting ice! A bit pricey for what it is.. but it’s niche and hard to find elsewhere. I got mine on Amazon warehouse for less because it was an open box and it works great! No issues.

Really swift iced coffee maker!
I bought this for my husband for fathers day as a gift. He is so impressed with it. It cools really quickly in the freezer, you can make iced coffee in under a minute. Its really sleek looking and fits easily into a freezer draw or shelf. Great product and great price.

TWICE in a Row: Cracked after 2 Days of Use. Terrible Quality.
Since Amazon only allow me to review the product once, here is my combined review of my experience with 2 HyperChillers. Originally, I said the Quality is not Great, but seeing this, I would say Terrible Quality instead. TL;DR: The first one broke, Amazon sent a replacement. That one broke as well. The Good: It is quite quick in cooling your drinks. (Not as fast as Advertised, I don't think. But quick enough.) The Mint Green Color looks great. The Bad: The quality, especially the plastic parts isn't great. The main body of mine cracked after 2 days of use, 5 use cycles in total. And it did it TWICE. Amazon sent me a replacement, and it also cracked in 2 days. 3 Cycles this time. I've let the ice inside melt in a bowl and recollected all the water, and I did not excess the marked waterline as shown in the 2 pictures. The same thing on the second one, shown in the last picture. The inner cooling chamber has lost quite a bit of water due to the design. After you used the chiller, when you try to rinse it out, as instructed by the manual, some water would pour out of the breathing port. (from melted ice from the inner ice chamber) Not sure how often you would need to refill the inner chamber, but then you would need to let the outer chamber melt as well. Since the lid would be frozen to the body. The underside of the lid is quite sharp and not rounded, so it can be a bit difficult to get a good grip. A towel or gloves is recommended when trying to manipulate the lid. The threads on the Stainless Steel Chambers are not very defined, and they are not very easy to screw on to the lid. This also compounded with the sharp lid edge issue, making it quite difficult to take off the Chambers. Unlike the Body, which is a Matt Finish, the Lid is Glossy. Making it even more difficult to open when partially frozen or impossible to open when frozen. From the Original Review: I am giving it a second chance, as I am having an exchange with Amazon. We'll see how it performs again. (2-Stars Review) Results: Also cracked in 2 days. Check the waterline again, not overfilled, shown in the last picture. Therefore I am lowering the rating to 1-Star. And the star goes to Amazon Services. Maybe this entire batch is bad, but QC should've caught that.

Good, but look up the instructions
It's pretty good. 60 seconds is absolute nonsense, it a good three or four minutes I reckon. Also, I had to Google the actual instructions to see how it worked as there were none in the box and the ones on the packaging skip the set-up phase. It's good overall though. Probably just about worth the money if you're a big fan of iced coffees.

Broke
It worked for 5 uses and then the outside cracked causing water to leak. Great idea, not worth spending the money for 5 uses.
