The nylon doesn't hold well at all
I'm a machine operator and I crushed my left pinky, I needed a glove to protect the hardware they replaced my bone with. The glove design is perfect for my injury with the cushions in the right spots but the material that the glove was made with tore all to hell, now I'm in search for a new pair of gloves that's sturdier

I WORK IN A AUTO INDUSTRY PLANT THAT REQUIRES FOR ME TO USE MY HANDS 100% OF THE TIME AND WITH CERTAIN JOBS MY HANDS ARE WORKING TWICE AS HARD AS WELL AS MY FOREARMS. SO ONE OF MY COWORKERS HOOK ME ON TO THESE IMPACT GLOVES AFTER BEING ON THE JOB FOR ABOUT 3 WEEKS. I BOUGHT THEM AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM. I ALSO BOUGHT THE IMPACT GEL LINER GLOVES FOR EXTRA PADDING. I WISHED THAT I KNEW ABOUT THESE GLOVES IN THE BEGINNING SO I COULD HAVE PREVENTED THE MINOR ACHES AND PAIN THAT I'VE SUSTAINED DURING MY TRAINING. I TRULY RECOMMEND THESE IMPACT GLOVES TO ANYONE WHO HAS TO DO A LOT OF POUNDING WITH THEIR PALMS. I BOUGHT THE SMALL PAIR AND THEY FIT BUT AN EXTRA SMALL WOULD FIT EVEN BETTER. EITHER WAY I'M VERY SATISFIED.

Turkish Get-Up (TGU) required equipment if you’ve got injured/weak wrists/palms
Another (positive) reviewer said she purchased them for a professional pinball player. Makes perfect sense! For me, the non-standard application (if “standard” is manual labor of some sort) is performing the Turkish Get-Up exercise. For whatever reason, even with no weight, my right wrist & palm started having severe pain in the weighted position (when left hand is elevated). Something about the combo of wrist extension, connective tissue, whatever. Anyway these saved my ability to do TGUs. They’re perfect for that kind of thing because the impact protection is only in the one specific place – they don’t add general weight or unnec. cushioning in other spots.
