The best waterproof receptacle I have found

I use this to set up a semi permanent hook up for a camper near a small cabin. All the other waterproof receptacles failed within two or three months and this one has held up now for about a year with no protection or covering. More expensive but you get what you pay for. I’m in Georgia with some of the most brutal summers so it’s definitely earning it’s keep!

Works great with AeroVironment TurboCord

I used this on an outdoor receptacle for plugging in a AeroVironment TurboCord 240 Volt Plug-in EV Charger. It was an easy install and hides the TurboCord's flashing blue LED nicely. I put a Masterlock 22d padlock on it which fit. The receptacle was a Leviton 5822-I 20-Amp, 250-Volt, Narrow Body Duplex Receptacle so I didn't even have to change the default plate in the Intermatic. The install took about 10 minutes.
